Latitude Living Spaces, lincoln-ne

I’m leaving a 4 star review. Latitude is a great place to live. The staff has been really understanding on my roommate situation- who has stolen things from me and has uncleanliness issues. They set up meetings with me. Tried to set up a meeting with her, all failed. Thankfully she just can’t pay rent went ghost and is leaving mid lease, but they did offer a lot of help in fixing my paired roommate situation. Thank you to the lovely ladies in the office who always listened to me vent as this was very mentally overwhelming and extremely exhausting. This affected my health and they worked with me. Thank you. I can’t give you enough grace. The maintenance here also is very very good. In my past apartments it takes days to fix. They typically take a couple hours before they fix a maintenance issue. The guys are great and very hardworking and also inform you on future repairs or preventative measures. Thank you George and thank you to the staff. I love it here.

I’m really excited to be moving into Latitude Lincoln this fall! The leasing experience so far has been smooth and welcoming, and the team has been very helpful throughout the process. The community looks amazing, and I’m looking forward to living here and getting involved

I haven’t had any problems since I moved here! The staff is very nice and always willing to help. Rachel and Kate are the most memorable, both are kind and friendly! Maintenance also responds pretty quickly.

Only care about attracting new residents, not the ones they currently have. The only apartments in Lincoln that don't offer current residents rent matching, parking prices are insane, they say they do "quarterly inspections" (no other apartment in Lincoln does this), yet they've come in to my apartment at least once a month for these, email proof of how often they enter in when no maintenance has been requested. They try to bribe residence with free stuff to write a good review for them! There are a couple people on the team who are ok to work with but some are terribly rude and dismissive. I've never had a good experience with the property manager Brett. The apartments are small for the price, but nice enough for student living, I appreciate the big windows and furnishings. The WiFi is super slow and sometimes doesn't work at all. The dryers don't really work and eat/burn/rip holes in your clothes so you have to be super careful of that. I haven't hated my time here but I hate the management and everything they do, it's honestly so disappointing and disrespectful. If they wouldn't price gauge for current residence or invade space so often I'd consider staying.

All the recent 5 star reviews with no comments? Giving things away to people who give them good reviews.... Aside from that, management isn't great, they are doing "renovations" but are putting up the same wallpaper and updating the office, nothing to the apartments, feels unnecessary when the WiFi keeps going out. The apartments are pretty decent though, if they didn't overcharge and have bad communication (don't answer questions, and don't even try to call the after hours help line if you have a noise complaint or anything, they won't answer). They don't care about you once you sign the lease.
