Atmosphere Lincoln, lincoln-ne

This apartment complex exceeded all my expectations!! The management team is very responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming community.

So ungodly expensive. Worst package pick-up schedule I’ve ever seen, and there is never anyone working during the designated times. I cannot believe I am paying an arm and a leg to only be able to pick up packages in a 4 hour window in the middle of the day. For a real apartment building, there needs to be more full time employees, not just the 3 part-timers I’ve sometimes seen at the front desk. Elevators break often and there is no warning about said elevators being down. So unprofessional and ridiculous.

It’s a nice place with great amenities. The only issues I have had are with members of staff and management. Some of the staff are really nice, and others seem really annoyed/irritated with assisting tenants.

Don’t listen to all the 5 stars, they are given benefits to write them. We have black mold in our apartment we emailed about a month and a half ago and they haven’t done a thing about it. The WiFi has been out for the last 3.5 days during finals, and the outdoor area is closed more than it is open.

Our daughter is a student at UNL and recently decided to move to Atmosphere Lincoln. I can’t say enough good things about how seamless the entire process was, largely thanks to the Housr the Official UNL Living app and the incredible support from Nate, the Leasing & Marketing Lead at Atmosphere. Housr made everything simple, clear, and efficient from exploring verified properties to completing the application. As a parent, having access to a university-aligned app and knowing Atmosphere is a verified partner gave us genuine peace of mind. It removed so much of the usual stress that comes with off-campus housing decisions. Nate was outstanding throughout. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, making sure everything moved quickly and smoothly. His guidance, combined with how easy the Housr app is to use, turned what is often a complicated process into a straightforward and positive experience. Huge thanks to Nate and the Housr team for making this so easy. We’re very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Atmosphere and Housr to other UNL families.
