Ashlee did an amazing job! I have never felt more confident about finding housing for the rest of my three years here at UNL. I would recommend her as a tour guide to everyone. She explained everything well and kept a smile on her face the whole tour. She is so professional and gave clarity every time we needed it.

True Home Away From Home When I first moved to Academy Lincoln, I thought its best feature was the 5-minute walk to UNL. But soon I discovered its real strength— the people. The management and team make you feel valued, heard, and supported. They’re flexible, kind, and always ready to help. They don’t just answer questions— they listen with empathy and understanding always seeking ways to accommodate whatever needs their residents have. Special kudos to the maintenance crew— more than once, they turned my bad day into a good one. Academy Lincoln didn’t just give me a place to stay— it gave me a place to feel welcome, to feel valued, to feel at home. Definitely recommend!

Whatever you do, DO NOT sign a lease here. If you’re looking for confirmation that all the negative comments are true about this place, this is it. Management will defer any issues you have while living here and trust me you will have issues. If you want somewhere that never has stable wifi, fire trucks that wake you up multiple times a night, a hot tub that is never hot and filled with cigarette butts, doors that lock you out of your own apartment, plumbing issues, and much more, Academy is the place for you. If you want to actually enjoy your life, please choose literally anywhere else.

Pretty sure maintenance activly trash talks students, and they dont fix anything appropriately, the wifi is constantly down, and they make non-issues into apartment wide emails Update: For the money me and others spend for this place, you get broken grills, cold pool, bad events that they use to get better reviews The trash compactor smells and is in the middle of 2 complexes, it wake the entire appartment up when the trash gets taken at 6am The parking garage is where they like to cause most of their issues at when it comes to complaining about what parks in the spot YOU pay for Overall ive never had a worse year anywhere else in my 21 years of living. Waste of money

wifi never works, i've lived here for two years and it goes out every semester on finals week on top of random times during the week. The treadmill room is never fully functional, they claim we have to tell them in order for them to fix it, and we have told front desk workers, but it still won't get done. You pay 55/mo for parking in the garage but you will not be able to get out or in on Tuesday nights and on Sundays due to the church, it will take 30 minutes on those days to get off of the fourth floor minimum.The washer/dryer will ruin your clothing because of how outdated the machines are. The dish washer doesn't actually wash your dishes, they basically attempt to rinse them at most, you have to scrub them with soap before you put them in if you actually want them clean. The door ipad never works, especially because the wifi is never working. Management makes up excuses for most of their issues without actually doing anything about it. This place is too expensive for all of the issues they have during the year, take your money someplace else!!!!!!
