Campbell Pointe Townhomes, lillington-nc

I have lived here for over 8 months and it is absolutely wonderful. It is quiet, clean and as close to perfect as you can get. The front office is wonderful and quick to reply back to your messages. A+

I lived at Campbell Pointe Townhomes for five years, and overall, it was a great experience. The community is in a quiet area, and the property is consistently well maintained, which made it a comfortable place to call home long-term. One of the standout aspects was the responsiveness of the staff. Maintenance requests were rare during my time there, but whenever something did come up, Dean handled it quickly and efficiently. It was reassuring to know issues would be resolved without delay. Kelly was also always prompt and helpful when it came to answering questions or addressing any concerns. The community events were another highlight—they were well organized and a nice way to bring residents together. I would absolutely consider moving back if I were ever living in the area again.

The experience we had at Campbell Pointe was exceptional! I couldn’t be more thankful for Kelly, Dean and the rest of the team for making the past 3 years nothing but positive! The atmosphere of Campbell Pointe and its community is the most welcoming. The location is fantastic for a graduate student looking for a place close to campus! We were very upset we had to leave, but we are so thankful for the past 3 years here!

I spent 4 years at Campbell pointe and loved every minute of it. The location, staff, just everything is perfect for a young college student to an elderly person. This chapter of my life is closing but Campbell pointe will always be home.

The overall living exercise here is very nice. The staff are amazing and the maintenance guy Dean is really fast with repairs. There are only two things I would really like to change about this complex: 1. There aren’t a lot of outdoor spaces in this area where people can gather or do work. In this complex, they have a few plastic picnic tables they move around but that’s it. They have a lot of wasted, open space with no trees. It would be nice if they could plant more trees and create an outdoor space with grills, a fire pit, chairs, etc. As of now there are no amenities other than the gym, a volleyball court (both of which Campbell University has on campus), and a small dog park. 2. There is only one recycling dumpster for the entire complex. If you want to recycle you have to drive to the bin. The bin says they only accept cardboard. As of 8/2023 Rent for 1 bedroom: $1099/mo. Electric - $50-$75 (Duke Energy) Wifi - $65/month with router rental (Quantum Fiber) Trash - included Water - included Also of note- there’s a sidewalk in front of the complex but it doesn’t connect to anything. It’s difficult to bike or scooter to campus because the road is winding and has no bike lane.
