UPDATE! If everyone wants an update of what its like living here... our washer and dryer have been broken for A MONTH no sign of maintenance. You pay $1000 a month for no washer and dryer! 3 years with this company, and it’s been awful! Maintenance never shows up EVER, appliances are always broken, and nothing ever gets fixed. The office staff is completely unhelpful. Yet, this place still has the MOST expensive rent on campus. Any good employees they hire don’t last long, they’re quickly fired. Save yourself the headache and money! Look elsewhere. Living here is terrible.

Cam did a great job of repairing our issues around the apartment. He was willing to get us exactly what me needed to have the best working equipment. He was very kind and professional as well. All around great service!

One of the most comically dysfunctional resident communities in Lexington. Maintenance requests take MONTHS. Upon moving in, our unit was a mess (flooded from paint repairs during the summer, missing cabinetry, broken blinds, missing carpet and incredibly dirty). The exterior and model look fantastic but the real problems aren’t with the location or units but rather the management that refuses to perform upkeep, cannot remain punctual, (floor repairs were rescheduled many times at the last minute), or be available. The only nice part of this place is the pool (which is closed majority of the school year).

My daughter and her three roommates moved in this apartment at the beginning of the school year in August. They had so many repairs that needed to be made or items that needed to be replaced. Here we are in March and these things still have not been dealt with. They are still missing a drawer in the kitchen. They are missing an entire shelf in the refrigerator. They had a leak in their main bathroom ceiling and a wet dry vac has been sitting in that bathroom for a month. There were other things as well. It's ridiculous how poor the maintenance staff is. They just don't care. They're spending $1,000+ each for this crap. Us parents are the ones paying for this and I'm going to demand a credit for this bs.

Place is a joke, avoid renting from here at all costs! The model tour is just smoke and mirrors. The townhome my student moved into was missing a bed, missing a toilet tank lid, missing a globe on ceiling fan. Patching on ceiling in first floor bathroom was fresh and a week later we found out why as it came totally down due to a leak with the HVAC system that they did not fix in the first place. We spent over 2 hours cleaning just to be able to move in. Dishwasher was disgusting, washer was rusty; really need to update the appliances. You figure they are getting over $3700/month per 4-unit that units would be in better shape. Very slow to respond with fixing items. Had a good laugh when I received a solicitation to renew for the next year just weeks after moving in with all that was still not fixed. Costly lesson learned, can't wait for the lease to end.
