If I could put a zero on this review I would. This is genuinely the worst complex in lexington. I have had no ac for over a week, flooding that took 2 weeks to fix, broken toilets for the first 3 months, a broken oven, and NO rent compensation. These are just some of the major issues not to mention the broken dryer vent that blows lint throughout our entire apartment, the spider infestation, the peeling furniture, and more. I never make reviews but I am at my whits end. If I can convince anyone to never live here let this be your sign. OH! Not to mention I pay over $1000 in rent monthly when it’s advertised as less online! 💗💗

Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, knew everything there is to know about the complex, and answered all of our questions effortlessly. She made the tour a genuinely great experience, and because of her, we are excited to apply for an apartment. Five stars!

Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! When touring, they of course showed us a beautiful staged model apartment, promised us guest parking, and it all seemed like a pretty great price for the location. However, we got no guest parking (despite there being multiple spaces open even in the evenings), mold throughout the entire apartment, a falling apart kitchen, and a ton of hidden fees. You're not able to park here at all without a sticker, so if someone is helping you, let's say bring stuff in, it doesn't matter if your hazards are on. THEY WILL TOW!! This apartment LOVES to pry off of students looking for affordable housing. You will be charged for things that you certainly paid for before, so whatever you do, keep track of exactly what you are paying for with this apartment. Not only that, they calculate some things like water and sewer weirdly, so watch and make sure you are keeping track of the math. Additionally, they add random damage charges at the end! They charged my roommates and I damage to our couch at the end of the year. Luckily, we reported the "damage" (which was a couple barely noticeable scratches from the previous renter) at the beginning of the year, so we were able to dispute the charges. So, take pictures of everything and report even the tiniest of damages because you will be charged for it!!! On the outside, this looks like an affordable option, but it's not. Look into literally any other option.

I have only lived here for a month, and I am disappointed and disgusted with how poorly this property is managed. Here’s what we’ve been dealing with: • AC broken, my fan runs 24/7 to try to cool down my room. • Washer broken — we have had to spend time and money going to the laundromat because our clothes cannot be washed at home. I washed my clothes 5 times in a row to not have my powdered detergent dissolved or pods not braking in the wash. • Toilet not properly functioning. • Mold growing under a kitchen cabinet. • An animal living in our bedroom ceiling (most likely why the ac does not work in my bedroom). We have submitted service requests, gone into the leasing office weekly, and met with the resident experience manager. Every time we have been told “it will be fixed by the end of the week,” but maintenance has failed to show up. Online it states requests are handled within 48 hours which is not true nor trustworthy. And it’s not just our unit. After move-in, trash piled up everywhere and blew across the parking lot before it was finally cleaned up. Then the fire department was called for one of the residents in our building and management didn’t even bother to send residents an email or tell us what happened. We arrived home to the firetrucks outside our building and no notifications of what was going on. This place is marketed to students as safe and reliable housing near UK. In reality, it has been nothing but stressful and neglect. Basic maintenance is ignored, communication is nonexistent, and it feels like the management just doesn’t care about residents’ safety, time, or money. I would not recommend this property to anyone. My daughter has lived here for the past 10 months, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. The overall quality of the property has fallen far below expectations, and maintenance concerns have repeatedly gone unresolved despite multiple requests for assistance.
