Midtown Apartments, lexington-ky

Sophie was amazing! She helped my roommate and me every step of the way and made the leasing process so easy. She was always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We really appreciate everything she did and highly recommend working with her!

I lived at this apartment complex for three years, and while my first apartment was generally a good experience, my second apartment—where I lived for the past year—was unfortunately very disappointing. The biggest issue was maintenance. Communication was poor throughout our lease, and repairs often took months to be addressed. When we moved in, portions of the flooring were already damaged and sinking in multiple areas. We later learned this was due to water damage. It took months for the floors to be repaired, and during that process parts of our apartment were left torn up for an extended period. We had to repeatedly follow up just to get the project completed. We also dealt with an ongoing leak that was never fully resolved. After a new HVAC unit was installed, it eventually began leaking again, causing additional damage to the flooring. It was incredibly frustrating to see the same issue continue after waiting so long for repairs. Pest control was another major concern. We dealt with ants throughout the apartment, as well as cockroaches and spiders. Combined with the maintenance issues, it made the apartment difficult to enjoy and did not feel like the quality you would expect for the price. Overall, my experience in my second apartment was disappointing because of the repeated maintenance problems, lack of communication, and persistent pest issues. While my first apartment was much better, my experience in this unit makes it difficult for me to recommend living here. They are not well maintained apartments.

Our experience at Midtown has been fantastic so far. Despite a couple minor issues that were swiftly taken care of by the maintenance team, the move-in and walk through were a breeze. Sophie K was a huge help during the entire process, responding to questions and concerns promptly and was very knowledgeable when we asked questions during our tours.

I’ve had a great experience with Midtown Apartments. The service has been exceptional, and Sophie was incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything easy from start to finish.

My daughter moved into Midwest Communities In Lexington, KY. She is a grad student and has several friends there. We got the pleasure of working with Boyd Wells who was so helpful, kind and professional. The moving process was very smooth and easy. Thank you Boyd!
