These are the most conveniently located apartments for UK students. I've been with them for a couple years now and have no complaints. The manager is super quick to respond to emails and the maintenance men are awesome. I looked all around for a safe and reasonably priced place close to campus and these apartments fit all of those aspects.

Moved my daughter out to relocate out of state but our experience was great with MVP! Very attentive management. Work orders completed quickly, processes are all very simple! Great price for the location! Will recommend to any student/parent needing a good location!

Fantastic property. All the recent bad reviews are because some idiot who doesn’t live there parked and got towed. He has no one to blame but himself. Ashley, the PM is amazing. Don’t believe the nonsense he is spitting.

Love this community! Ashley & her team are amazing and super attentive to your needs. Not sure why the previous reviews say otherwise cause that has not been my experience while living here. If I could, I’d give the community 10 stars of how amazing they are.

Matt Jones is an excellent landlord. He is efficient, replies fast to requests, and is willing to help any incoming and current residents as much as possible. BEST recommendation for people who are medical/healthcare students, residents, physicians, and other providers who want to live close to the school in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartments are affordable and high quality. Do not miss this place!
