Callie has been an amazing resident assistant and has always been kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure residents feel supported and heard whenever they need assistance. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been positive because she’s friendly, professional, and quick to help solve problems. She creates a welcoming environment and makes the apartment community feel more comfortable. It’s clear that she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. I’m very grateful for everything she’s done and would highly recommend her to anyone living here.

Me and my parents experience at the Latitude Lexington was quite wonderful. The people were quite warm and welcoming. The facility was also clean and in good condition. The amenities that were provided at this place were top-notch, and it felt really good living there. Kelly was of great help in the entire process as she was quite professional and knowledgeable about her job.

Started living here in October 2025 and I have loved it! Gated community makes it feel safe, the bus stop is so convenient to be able to get to campus, the pool has been nice this summer to relax in, and I love using the study rooms in the clubhouses. I would recommend living here to a friend!

Our son resided at Latitude Lexington for two years. All in all it was a good experience. There were some bumps but nothing catastrophic. The second summer he resided there, the apartment complex had new management. Under the new management, the apartments were renovated to include painting, new common area furniture and countertops in the kitchen. It was nice before but even better afterwards. When it came time to terminate the lease, and turn in keys, the office staff, specifically Callie and Reese, were most helpful and friendly young ladies. So much so my husband and I spent about a half hour talking to them just to pass some time of the day. It was a hot Saturday in June and Railbird weekend. The ladies made the process easy and seem less. For the price of apartments these days, Latitude Lexington offered the most affordable option with amenities that would make the most bang for your buck.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I lived in this apartment complex for two years during my college experience and I would 100% NOT recommend. Right off the bat I moved into my room that had broken blinds, a crappy paint job, a broken light bulb in the bathroom, and a really bad moth infestation. It took maintenance months to replace and fix everything to make it comfortable to live in. MONTHS!!!! Their timing is absolutely ridiculous. On top of it all during my last month of residency, I was robbed and my entire purse was stolen. This included my wallet, phone, keys, and other miscellaneous items. They had recently changed the locks on our front doors to use an app on our phones to unlock. When my phone was stolen and I asked for help to get into my apartment, they told me they couldn’t make a temporary key at the time and to “call” lock out to let me in, but I would still be charged a lock out fee. When it was time for me to move out, I had reminded them of my situation and the fact that my keys (old apartment fob, bedroom, and mailbox) had been stolen. They informed me that despite the keys being “stolen” and not “lost”, I would still have to pay $75 to replace them. Of course, I will not be paying that. As much money as they have taken from me, they can afford to replace the keys themselves. Overall, Latitude Lexington is a terrible apartment complex ran by fellow college students who don’t know what the hell they’re doing. Take the extra time to look for a better place to stay. Let this one be your absolute LAST resort!!!
