Maintenence is 5 stars. They are quick to respond to maintenence requests and very effective. I could not figure out why my electric bill was so high and they came multiple times to help figure it out with me. Respects pets and your things, very good service.

I’m right next door to one of their properties. The maintenance crew always chooses the cheapest way of temporarily fixing the issues. Example, this awful colored pipe they installed. If I was renting from them I would never accept their low standards they have in place for customer service. You are paying full price for a very sub par experience. UK students there’s so much better out there take your time..

I have had a really good experience with Kampus Properties. Move in was smooth and simple. The maintenance team is very timely and respectful. The leasing office is conveniently located, and everyone is friendly. I am taking off one star simply because I believe the company should invest in replacing the back windows in my apartment building. I think they are the original windows, so they are very poorly insulated and get lots of condensation on them. This hikes up the electricity bill in the winter plus humidity in the apartment. Other than that, I have no complaints!

I was not the tenant, but my daughter and her boyfriend were. They were robbed and apt always had a awful musty smell. I myself went to pack up some things and clean and OMG the mold was all over furniture etc from moisture in the place. We called office basically tols o well you still are paying because you are leaving early. I have photos!! Maybe they should remove the negative rental history remarks so that my daughter and her child can get a place. Maybe I should have called lfucg tenant services with these pics 6 years ago when this happened.

My experience has been great so far. I had issues with other apartments needing co-signers or certain credit and this was perfect for me as a student moving from home and had no real rent history. I also appreciate that it’s all students so I feel safer along with the staff being great in helping with solving issues and helping even when it’s out of their job description. The maintenance men at my building have been nice and helped me with car issues and suggesting safe places to g.
