The apt I just recently moved in back n April it's all right but honestly not all that thrilled n happy living ng thier anymore i was n a rush to move n n needed to find a other place that had a washer n dryer hook up n it did it's just to small n second I wanted a downstairs until who ever had ownership of this property before them was not very smart on landscaping the idea on building apts on that land I even moved to another county because of cost of rent n it's so smaller then my last apt I was n wasn't happy thier either not enough space n it's so miserable their Everytime I walk n n out of the apt when my lease ends I'm hoping n 🙏🏾 that I find a bigger way much bigger spaced apt with a washer n dryer hook up n proper closet space nuttn small n same with heat n air except in bedroom n I have to keep bedroom door open to keep both heat m air flow in whole apt or it's a wrap uggh n now making me feel a tad bit depressed n not happy anymore I can't wait when it ends n find sum much bigger lord willing I've been praying about it three months left n I'm out can't wait n hope to get my full deposit back to as well I work to hard for what I work for I'm more miserable then I was n last apt n it didn't have enough space for me to but was also the only affordable place I could live n n afford to anyhow hope I find sum much bigger with more space n I'll be a lot happier n I can't even get a good signal on my rabbit ear atenans n both live my room did in room n bedroom area uggh when I dont wanna watch Internet TV through my spectrum service I'm paying for n last but not least be able to also find sum to where I can put my washer n dryer in have n my storage unit n save me a tad bit more money it cost to pay for a storage space building.

Five sincere stars to Ashley and Bluegrass Rentals! Long story short, my daughter signed a lease with another company for next year whose parking situation was a disaster. She has a car and they literally didn’t have a spot for her. We needed something close to the medical center on South Limestone and everything was sold out or unavailable. Other places I contacted didn’t even bother to call me back or responded with an automated message that wasn’t helpful. Then, thankfully, I found Ashley at Bluegrass Rental Properties - UKMVP! She listened to my concern, was super understanding and responsive, and was able to secure a spot for my daughter for next year..all through text and email in about 48 hours. While we just needed a parking spot this time, they also have nice, clean, safe apartments. So, you can be sure my daughter and I will be checking them out for future living arrangements. I rented through Bluegrass Rental for two years as a graduate student. It would have been three if I had not accepted a job elsewhere. You could not ask for a better property manager than Ashley! She is an exceptional communicator and ensures that anything and everything is handled in a timely manner. And the maintenance technicians are kind, prompt, and professional. Lexington is going through a housing squeeze like everywhere else. It is nice to know that there are still businesses like Bluegrass Rental that offer excellent housing with great service at a reasonable rate. Could not recommend more!

Me and my fiance have lived at one of Matt's properties for about a year and a half now. It has been a very good quality, safe, and stress free place to live! Matt is always on top of any situation and is very easy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a trustworthy landlord and a quality place to live!

I have lived at Bluegrass Commons for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it! Matt is very fast with requests and is available every time I have tried to contact him. Maintenance is very prompt and will normally have issued solved within 24 hours. Matt tries to stay very up to date with his properties and tries to satisfy all residents. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone especially those in professional/graduate school. The area is very quite and close to campus.
