They charged me over $400 to replace my carpet for this small red stain that was there when I moved in and I documented. My roommate decided to renew and told me they didn’t even replace the carpet. When we moved in there was also a 6 inch bleach stain in our living room carpet that wasn’t replaced before we moved in which is very inconsistent. Make sure you document very well before moving in because they will try to make every cent off of you that they can.

I absolutely loved living at The Quarters!! The entire experience was fantastic from move-in to move out. The apartments are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the amenities are always clean and well kept. The pool, gym, and common areas really make it feel like a resort-style community. The maintenance team is outstanding!!! They’re incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly, and they always let us know to reach back out if something isn’t right. But we never have to because they always do a great job. It gives me real peace of mind knowing they genuinely care about residents and making sure we feel at home. The front desk staff deserves a big shoutout as well. For it being ran by college students they’re extremely professional and friendly. They do an excellent job balancing school and work while still providing the best service. Every interaction I’ve had has been positive and helpful. Even if they don’t know the answer right away they always find the answer and let me know! Management also does a great job keeping the community organized, communicating updates clearly, and making residents feel valued. The amount of giveaways and resident events they throw are awesome and definitely a perk I would take advantage of. It’s definitely obvious they put effort into creating a well-run, supportive environment. Overall, this is an amazing place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for college student housing!

I lived here 3 years in undergrad and I liked it (2021-2023). I ended up moving for my last year to another apartment with my roommate but we always wished we stayed. Bathrooms have a good space and the furniture is decent for college housing. Most of the stuff in the gym was always working and we really liked the study hall rooms. Theyre not good at noise cancelling but they were nice. Only reason I gave it 4 star is because they had a a slight spider problem when I lived there but that could’ve changed. Every time i left, usually the summer bc I am from germany, i would come back to like 3 spiders in various places in my room. My roommates also had this problem but other than that we liked it!

I have been living at the Quarters for about a year now, and they have always had a very fast maintenance team. They are always super friendly and do great work, making my time at the Quarters stress-free. Shout out to Trystan D, who has helped my roommates and me several times. He always has a smile on his face and gets the job done fast!

They came and fixed my dishwasher in a very timely manner!! They explained what was causing the leak and fixed it accordingly. They were super polite and were in and out!
