Valisity and Tatiana went above and beyond to make sure all of my housing needs were met. I love the style of the apartments and am so excited to see the future upgrades when I move in! Their help made the entire apartment hunting process easy and enjoyable.

This apartment complex charges a lot of extra fees but doesn’t maintain the property properly. Residents pay for things like trash and parking, yet the hallways are constantly dirty, smell bad, and have holes in the walls. The trash is rarely taken out on time and the building overall feels poorly maintained. Parking is also a huge problem. There are very few resident spots while several are reserved for staff. If you park in the wrong place, they’ll tow your car without warning and it costs about $150 to get it back. The front office is also very unprofessional. There seems to be a new staff member every time you go in, communication is poor, and you often get different answers depending on who you talk to. Overall, the fees are high, management is disorganized, and the property is not well maintained. I would not recommend living here.

Very happy with the girls up front. They were extremely helpful and genuinely cared about me and my situation. Every concern of mine was addressed immediately and I love Proxi!

This apartment sucks. The only good thing about it is how close it is to campus. Parking: I pay 75 dollars a month for the back gate to be open 24/7 and have random people try and park in my spot. Along with that visitor parking is non existent. They tell you to park in the old Dillons parking lot but now it’s closed off. How are 7 visitor spots going to be able to fit all visitors of this massive building. Management: I got a email mid school year and learned about it from my roommate not even the Proxi, then I emailed them saying it was unprofessional and all they said was too far ahead for them to tell me (2 weeks). Then I never got a real professional email stating that she was moving in. They also are just unresponsive and unreliable. Health: It is just DIRTY. College student live here and obviously they are gonna have trash and mess up the hallways but when cleaning services don’t come it starts to smell and trash builds up, I am embarrassed to have people to my apartment. Windows: Why would I want a floor to ceiling that only opens 2 inches from the bottom, no fresh air can enter my room also my window doesn’t even have a screen on it so if I do leave it open, i get bugs. And they aren’t tinted so if i decide to change with my window open, everyone in the Hawaiian Bros drive thru can see me. Overall: I would never live here again and I wouldn’t reconfirm anyone living here. I have too many inconveniences to be paying 1,000 monthly.

I love Proxi and everything about it! The staff is incredibly kind and truly goes out of their way to accommodate unique tenant needs. The property is spotless and clearly well-maintained. If you're looking for a professional and clean place to live, this is it!
