The proxy is a pretty good place to live I will say it is hard to get at first but that's just because you have to do your first deposit and down deposit. I will say you can fact pay your rent early however if you do put money into it it could go to other things like rent plus which is to help you build your credit or water damages as well which is just something that you pay for every single month. I could say I don't really hear my neighbors all that much either it's pretty quiet I have a pretty good roommate. There are a lot of amenities like the pool or the work out room the club house or going out to the waterfall. Never I had a problem with trash nor does it stink in the hallways. Good space for your own room and bath .the Internet works just fine every apartment has there own Internet password. And mail if you have a big page it goes to one of those machines that like you can like it out from and like the machines that and everything so if you have a big package you could just use a password that you have an app on your phone to get it out .

If you're looking for an apartment complex that takes every single possible opportunity to scam you and take your money while offering the worst customer service possible and constantly having consistent issues with their services, then Proxi Lawrence is the apartment complex for you! If you care about your or your child's safety, just know that until recently it was possible for any member of the public to stick their arm through the back gate and open it from the outside, (which is still possible) then enter through the rear door which was permanently unlocked for months straight, and walk up to any apartment on any floor without needing a key. Given that the doors frequently fail to close fully when you shut them (you often need to slam or pull them), it's not hard to imagine how such lax security in such a comparatively expensive apartment could lead to very tragic circumstances. While the back door now is not unlocked, the fact that this was even possible for about half of last year should indicate proxi's dedication to safety for its residents. When it comes to parking, they look for any and every excuse to tow any car when they charge an absurd premium for uncovered gated parking which is permanently open, allowing frequent public access to your cars and their belongings. Free parking is highly limited by design, and they offer absolutely zero support for issues. I'm currently experiencing an issue where a bug in THEIR system reassigned my spot, which they're now refusing to give me back. I was also towed in the parking lot despite paying the $90 monthly parking fee. In my Junior year, I was given a roommate who was a recovering drug addict with a hoarding problem, cats, and night terrors. I am allergic to cats and indicated such on my initial lease. Proxi claims I didn't and stuck me with that roommate anyways. He was evicted after two months, with his room being uncleaned for 9 full months right until this August right before somebody else moved in. I was never offered any form of apology from proxi despite the fact that I should've never had that roommate due to my cat allergy. The staff act friendly at first, until you have any variety of problem that is caused by them (which are frequent and numerous). I've had trash pile up in front of my apartment numerous times because nobody would collect it despite following the instructions perfectly. This has happened to many residents on property, and yet their only response is saying to make sure you followed the instructions. They will absolutely never admit fault to anything or apologize at all due to their corporate ownership forbidding it. To conclude, Proxi Lawrence is a facade of an apartment complex hiding its greed and lack of care for student safety, public hygiene, or customer satisfaction through flashy renovation projects and faux luxury rooms/amenities. If you don't care about any of the fee hikes, poor service, frequent wifi outings, marijuana stench, or soulless staff, then proxi may be for you. However I highly recommend anybody considering it to reconsider and read some of the other frequent poor reviews.

Proxy Apartments is a great place to live! The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Tatiana. She’s a really good worker, always helpful and professional. Definitely recommend Proxy!

I wouldn’t recommend living here, these pictures are from when we first moved in! They haven’t fixed any of these issues yet. The rent is extremely overpriced compared to other complexes, claiming it’s because it’s “luxury.” However, that’s a lie; everything in here is cheap and easily gets broken. The back gate and back door have been broken since we moved in. They don’t care about the safety of their residents, which has led to numerous car break-ins. I’ve had several packages stolen from the office. They’re also very petty about trash pickup, which we pay $15 for. They threaten to charge an extra fee if it’s out past 9 am, but their trash people sometimes never come! They don’t respect their residents. We had a roommate move in without 24-hour notice and didn’t know who this person was. Not to mention, this person was in jail multiple times for theft, and assault. When we confronted them about this the office manager lied and said that wasn’t the person. They then came to us 10 minutes later and said the person wouldn’t be moving in with us and they would place them in a hotel….. Not to mention the front desk staff are very unhelpful and rude and 9/10 don’t have an answer for anything.

I love Proxi and everything about it! The staff is incredibly kind and truly goes out of their way to accommodate unique tenant needs. The property is spotless and clearly well-maintained. If you're looking for a professional and clean place to live, this is it!
