Lived here for a whole semester and loved it! The HERE is very convenient location wise. Located on campus so very convenient to getting to classes. Also located right next to the football stadium which was awesome!! The HERE has a patio area with a pool, hot tub, outdoor grilling and sitting area. Loved “tailgating” out there with my friends before football games and just walking a literal one minute walk to the stadium. The front desk people are very helpful and caring. Anytime I had an issue they would help me right away and were immediately were trusted people I could rely on if I had any issues with anything related to the HERE. Maintenance is very helpful as well, they would come as soon as they could and fix the situation right away. The HERE also has multiple study rooms that I used frequently and also has a gym room which I also used frequently. Overall a great place to live and has many positives!!! If you’re thinking about living at the HERE, this is your sign!!

I’ve lived here in the HERE (lol) for the past year and renewed for this year and i’ve really loved it. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help if anything comes up. The building is clean, the amenities are great, and the location is super convenient to get to class because it’s basically on campus. It’s felt safe and overall a great experience so far. I’d definitely recommend!!

I absolutely love living HERE! Kenzie is especially amazing. She's incredibly attentive, always quick to answer any questions I have, and genuinely cares about making sure residents have a great experience. I've enjoyed living here so much that I renewed my lease early in September.

I recently walked the building with a friend who lives here, and I was really impressed. They keep everything very well maintained, and the property looks modern and inviting throughout. One thing that really stood out to me was the amenities the spa looks amazing now that it’s open. I also noticed the staff power washing all the stairways last week and getting things ready to open the pool soon. It’s clear they really care about keeping the property clean and in great shape, which makes the whole place feel even more welcoming. If you’re looking for a place to rent, this would easily be my #1 choice.

This place is awesome! Staff is so kind and answered all of my questions when I toured. Will be signing my lease with them next year, and looking forward to using the pool! Big shoutout to Summer for the tour, she's great!
