I had a great time living here. It was a cheap place to live at during my college years and the billing is done so straight forward it was always easy to keep track of. The staff is incredibly friendly and helped me out with anything I brought to them. Having a furnished apartment cut down on my costs so much, as well. Highly recommend this place!

The staff is really welcoming. I have been living at The Verge for almost a year and I love it here. They’re always hosting events. The staff in the front office always make it a habit to get to know you. Overall it’s a friendly environment. I love having my own bathroom. The closet is also spacious. I love how it’s conveniently close to New Mexico State University.

I had a great experience with the office staff at The Verge in Las Cruces specifically Angela, Sonia, Hayley, and Alexarae. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was their positive attitude, they made the whole leasing and living experience feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in creating a supportive community. I would definitely recommend The Verge to anyone looking for a place with reliable and friendly management.

Communication is always clear and consistent, and the leasing agents are very helpful and friendly. Angela was especially amazing she went above and beyond to help my mom, who speaks Spanish. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my mom felt comfortable throughout the process. We truly appreciate her kindness and support!

The Verge has so many nice amenities that make your stay very convenient for you. Each unit has its own washer and dryer and the clubhouse has a 24/7 package room so you don't have to wait!
