This company has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are efficient and provide amazing customer service. Every person I speak to is so friendly and helpful. They worked on every detail with me and put me in a beautiful home that was within my budget. I highly recommend them. They function how property management should. The receive any damages prior to you moving in and fix them. Then afterwards, my door knob broke and they came over immediately to replace it. I've delt with some horrible management companies that could care less about your well being. Wish I could rate higher.

My wife and I are moving from out of state and are very nervous about being so far removed from the location. Marissa at Steinborn has eased all of our concerns. Her kindness, patience, professionalism and proactive problem solving has been invaluable to us in this process. The rental process can be overwhelming and stressful, especially when moving to a different state, we cannot express how grateful we are to feel cared for and in good hands with Steinborn and Marissa. While we are still in the process of applying, Marissa has already made us feel at home.

After more than 2 months of trying to work with them, Aracely informs us they won't be able to manage our property due to the possibility of lead paint because of the age of the house. NEVER mentioned that to us before. Total waste of time and effort with them. They knew from the start the age of the house. Then get an email from the director saying they might be able to manage the property, might. Aracely very seldom returned phone calls or replied to text or emails. She could have informed us from the start.

My experience with the Steinborn Property Management team, and in particular Tricia Clark, has been excellent. The team has served as property manager of the place I rent for the past 3 years, and since Day 1, they have been a combination of respectfully responsive and client-centric. The nature of living in a residence is that there are inherent issues that come up requiring repairs and interventions. What I look for is how quickly will the issue be remedied and what will the property management team do in the interim. The Steinborn team has ensured that I’ve always had a roof over my head whether it was the place I rent or a comfortable hotel in the meantime at no extra cost to me as the tenant. They also contract with teams that do their best to diagnose and address the residential issue, and even if something is missed on the first go-around, Steinborn is quick to send someone back to truly finish the job. Also, regarding Tricia, she has consistently ensured that if she has been unavailable to correspond, someone will be there to fill in for her. Tricia herself is very personable and professional, and I felt like she prioritized getting me in the right residence that suited me best. You can tell that the entire team knows what they’re doing, they enjoy working with each other, and they have demonstrated to me a commitment to excellence and improvement, even when things are already great. Sometimes, my interactions with other property managers in the past left me feeling like they saw me as a waste of their time, and they just wanted to herd me through the process like cattle. Not so with Steinborn. Thank you, Tricia and the team, for 3 years of premier service and 5 Stars well-earned.

Anthony with Steinborn Realty is the best. Whenever we need anything he is very helpful and trustworthy. He keeps in touch with us to let us know what how the progress is coming along. Never any worries whenever we are on any need for anything in our rental. We appreciate you Anthony!@@
