I have had a wonderful experience living in College Row for a year. Management is responsive, the staff is kind, and if you can afford the price (which is more affordable with more roommates), it is the most convenient housing on campus. The only complaint I have has been living next to the small gym, you can hear people working out very loudly at odd hours. Sometimes in the middle of the night, and at other times very early in the morning. I wish the staff would have done something about this, even though I believe the gym is supposed to close at certain hours.

Worst Place to live ever and worst experience in this school. Lived here over the course of two years. University does not allow student to rent on their own unless you are local. You are also forced to pay for the rent even if you move out because of the pandemic. Even if you don’t live here anymore you will be forced to pay the whole year. The apartment owner must have paid the school board off so students can’t live anywhere but pay for over priced apartments. Bedroom or bathroom were not cleaned when moving in. Washer pipe does not have a filter so water with dirt always stuck on your cloth. All the appliances were old and out dated. This place has received multiple complaints for ethical practice. Their manager Shannon has received countless complaints and reports, and left the job for a while but eventually returned. Please do consider twice before choosing to move here.

One star to call attention to one issue - an issue that should not be ignored. Management has a reputation for charging students unreasonable or sometimes flat out unjustified fines upon exit from their units. Upon graduation, my roommates and I were charged nearly $100 for clean up in our common area and a "large stain" in one particular unit. The large stain never existed - upon insisting on pictures as proof, management admitted they "accidentally" mistook my room for another room in the building. This charge was dropped. The clean up fee was $50 due to crumbs between couch cushions. We vacuumed between the couch cushions before leaving.

My son lived in college row for two years. The apartment was adequate, however the corporation's response to the COVID crisis was inexcusable. We were forced to pay the full $2016.00 rent for an apartment that sat empty for two months. I called and emailed the local office at least 12 times but they had no power to make any decision. I was given the email for "corporate" and emailed them MANY times (beginning in March 2020). I finally got a call back in JULY (after sending one last rather nasty email), the response I got was "so sorry, it is not our policy, pay up in full, but we will be nice and not charge you any late fees. My husband and I were both out of work for several weeks due to the pandemic. I would never rent from this facility or any related facility again. SHAME on you!

Unprofessional management. The worst housing experience ever after putting 4 kids through college. Beware of hidden costs and charges. Not once did anyone from management return our phone calls or emails. Look elsewhere.
