Paris did an exceptional job at showing us our potential apartment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood every detail of the space and the leasing process. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and she made us feel confident and excited about the possibility of calling this place home.

Paris at The Quarters is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful and attentive. She patiently answered all my questions, no matter how small, and made sure I understood every detail about the apartment and the complex. Her thoroughness and genuine care made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. If you're looking for a place at The Quarters, definitely ask for Paris – she's so great!

Love the quarters! I’m going on my third year of living here and the people in the clubhouse are always so sweet and ready to help. They always have fun events, movie nights, and giveaways that get you to meet and connect with your neighbors. My favorite is definitely the pumpkin decorating night during spooky season!! If there are any maintenance issues they are quick to fix the issue, the maintenance guys are super sweet and funny! The pool, theater, and gym are almost always clean and great amenities. Oh and sometimes they put cookies out near the vending machine, whoever bakes those cookies know what they’re doing! Definitely resigning my lease for my forth year!

The workers in The Quarters are so nice and amazing. The apartments are very affordable, and look nice. If you are looking for anywhere to live I definitely recommend staying here. Ps, they do a lot for their residents, like free food and gift raffles🎉

I’ve been living here for almost a month now . I have also been reaching out to management about a roommate issue and they have yet to do anything about it. I’ve been reaching out to them since August 15th. The slushies and donuts are nice but it doesn’t compare to staying in an environment where my concerns aren’t being addressed. Apartment wasn’t tidy when I first moved in either . For rent to be the price that it is you would’ve expected a better stay than this but unfortunately this is what I have been dealing with.
