Lived here since my freshman year of college I am graduating and so sad to go. All four years yenag has helped with any and every issue possible and went above and beyond to make sure her residents are happy. Great asset to the Pointes team

Yenag is the best help you will ever need to figure out a move in the middle of the school year as we did ! She is kind and caring ! We had some opportunities as we relet the unit but Anthony Freon maintenance was very helpful and committed to make the fixes needed. The units may vary on condition. Highly recommend to get details on what you are signing up for.

Yenag was great! So sweet and so much help!! Definitely THE best apartment tour I went on. She was the first one that helped me out & she really set the standard! 10/10! Signed my lease a couple days ago:)

If you do not believe any of the negative reviews please believe this and no matter what DO NOT SIGN A LEASE with them. Don’t let them deceive you with “new name, new management”. It will end up being the worst decision you make. From starters their leases do not have a breakout clause. They are happy to take your money even when you no longer live there. The staff are going to tell you they will help you find someone to take over your lease if you need to leave but that’s one of the many lies and deceit you will live with. Second, the undisclosed fees. They conveniently will never mention to you so many fees they make up and will insist you pay or it will attract a late fee. The staff are unhelpful, dismissive and rude. The whole place sinks like crazy. There’s always something broken, there’s dirt everywhere and the walls are so thin the noise never stop. You will never have a peaceful sleep living here. There are mold in the rooms. There’s the smell of weed EVERYWHERE. Even when I finally found someone to take over my lease they lied and deceived her into singing a whole different lease with different terms and longer period than I had left. I have never dealt with such dishonest people. It’s all about money. I can go on and one about how terrible this place, their staff and management are. I went throughout it so you don’t have to, find somewhere else. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM!!!!

I've been a resident of this apartment compl since 2022. Just like every apartment, it has its ups and downs, however, the staff here have been very helpful to me. Any issues unit wise have been corrected in a timely manner, and even when things do slip by, Yenag gets me taken care of. Expectations should be held for college living, but you must also keep in mind they aren't staffed by mindreaders. If you ask, I guarentee someone can help you find a solution.
