My apartment is infested with termites, this place is disgusting. They’ve barely acknowledged the problem and has done nothing to keep me updated about it. I have to go to them. I read the reviews before I moved in and thought it was under new better management that’s why I came to give them a chance. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from here. Pics below for proof.

This place has definitely declined in terms of management. The pool has been a disgusting green swamp for months. Further, today the light has fallen and presents a serious electrical risk as it is a live wire on the ground - children and pets can be vulnerable. The boards near our apartment are rotting and need repair. Overall, there is potential but this place is really lacking management and attention. I hope it has a better future but I may consider moving if not.

It’s been more than 5 months now. This place is not changing much after repeated request.I mean the Pool looked bad before and now it’s simply nasty. For so many months now it’s going on and it was completely rubbish not able to see it clean nor able to use whole summer. And worst part is you can’t go near the pool or mailing box. It’s dirty, it’s smelly and in fact nasty environment. I hope some one sue them for cheating so many residents for so long now.

Bad terrible place to live if you like cracked walls, broken a/cs, almost 2 years of no maintenance, rotten trees everywhere. Trash stays on the ground for a week sometimes ( last 2 years of that)my mail box was broken for 1.5 years before it got fixed. No screens on the windows. Broken cement out side fell several times in the last year. Water turned off for repair at least twice to 3 times a month. Some people had no heat for the winter. Swimming pool look like it was growing green slim.old pipes that stick out the walls. Patched up ceilings with water circles on them and let’s not forget a whole living room with nooo light or ceiling fan nothing!!! One of those rotten trees fell in my apartment!! I lost some cloths cause it rained in the closet, lost all my bedroom furniture. They said they would help me financially but I am yet to get any help.when disasters strike in the last 2 years good luck on calling for help.!!! And let’s not forget the police have been there at least 3 times a month !!!! If they are making a profit it’s in their pockets not in the place. Went 2 years calling and trying to find out if the office was open. The office was open on random days on random times we had to hunt them down to pay rent cause the app no longer worked .and some extra money and fees were questionable. No one has the answer about anything. And they love to give you a different story each time!!! Most of my neighbors had only been there a month and were ready to leave!!!It’s a patched up mess!!!!!………….they still owe me 2 weeks rent and never paid

Dont waste your money on this place. We were shown the apartment before while it was dirty and thought we could just clean it after we moved in. But it wasnt just dirty. We werent disclosed that the apartment we moved into had a roach infestation until i tried to make coffee the morning we moved in and a roach started dancing on my coffee maker. Which STILL ISNT FIXED MONTHS LATER. Our tub was cracked when we moved in and we couldnt shower for weeks. When mold started to grow in our hallway it took them a solid month to fix it and all we could do was watch it grow more. Theyre never open when theyre supposed to and they make promises they dont keep.
