Awful experience. You guys’s parking situation is extremely stupid and impractical. You have at least 100 people living here and only 5 visitor parking spaces throughout the entire complex, and have the nerve to towe every other hour. People have visitors where the hell do you expect them to park? You don’t have parking outside the complex either??? It makes no sense to only have 5 visitor spots when multiple people living here could have a visitor. Do you guys just want people to not have visitors.

DON’T move here. The apartments are filthy, and in my experience the buildings are infested with roaches. Raccoons are constantly around the dumpsters. Management did not seem to care about complaints, and despite multiple issues, my apartment was never properly treated for the infestation. They also did not seem to enforce their policies regarding opposite-sex occupants living in units. In my experience, they’ll tell you whatever they can to keep you from getting out of your lease. Thankfully, my attorney will be handling the rest.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE MODEL UNIT!!!!! These people had me living with a girl who sells her body and no matter how many reports I made they just kept saying they’ll send a notice. THEY IGNORE POLICE REPORTS AND CERTAIN CHARGES ON CRIMINAL RECORDS!!! There was a constant stream of men in and out of my all-female unit all night and it got to the point that my food was being stolen and tampered with and people were trying my doorknob while I was trying to sleep. Unless you want your child at risk of coming out of her room at night to her roommate having trains ran on her in the common area, do not rent from here. This was the worst apartment I ever lived in in my life and the lack of action from the apartment made it feel like I was paying to live in prison.

Daughter has had a horrible time since moving in! Upon move in day, the bathroom was filled with mold and bubbled wallpaper in the bathroom. The unit is infested with cock roaches, and her roommate has a live in boyfriend an dog. We were definitely hoodwinked with the model units and they refuse to let her out of the 12 month lease despite all of our complaints and issues.

By far the worst place to live don’t go. I am stuck in a lease until July and they will do nothing about my nasty and disrespectful roommates. They said they will put a notice but I have lived there for 4 months and put in multiple complains. I also had a man in my room without any notice when I informed the office I was sick. I was half undressed since i had the flu and was having hot flashes. They also will do nothing about that. Mind you I am a 19 year old girl. Horrible place to live and they don’t care about their residence only money. Rent is constantly changing because of fees they cannot tell me what for. Horrible place to live. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The photos are what I live in everyday and they will do nothing about it.
