La Verne Landing, la-verne-cal

My daughter has resided at La Verne Landing for almost 3 years and loves it! The property and amenities are amazing, clean, and modern. It is a very convenient location for a college student with downtown La Verne right around the corner. The complex is always well maintained with a weekly cleaning service. The management office and staff are always responsive and super helpful. The parking is ideal with an underground option (for safety) along with street parking availability. (with the opportunity to purchase a night pass for guests)

I lived in San Dimas for decades and when my daughter was getting ready for graduate studies in La Verne we were looking for a nice, safe and reasonable place for her to live, go to school and perhaps work as well. We found the perfect place, La Verne Landing! First off let me tell you it is super close to everything, campus, downtown and the new soon to be open Goldline Station, which is amazing. The area is so clean and super cute neighborhoods surrounding the Landing. She rides her bike all over, and when we visit we ride bikes to downtown to grab a bite or an adult beverage in one of the many restaurant's. The place has super convenient parking in the enclosed structure and on the street above on the ground level. The interior is rather secure with the coded fencing and the layout basically surrounds most of the units, which gives it a secure atmosphere. The security cameras are a nice touch. The other residents/students seem to be focused on their studies or sports, and it can be kinda quiet most of the time. The staff that manage, clean and do the administration aspects of running this complex are top notch. Super friendly, polite and above board professional. They totally understand what the needs of their residents and their parents concerns are. The grounds are maintained superb and the units are nice and clean. If you have a child who is needing a place to live in this area for college, I highly recommend the La Verne Landing.

This place is the worst. Advertised as “ inexpensive off-campus living for students“ this place is anything but that. The expensive rent is just the start, they get you on every possible expense they can think of. The walls are very thin and you are compacted into a pretty small building with neighbors on every side. They will take most of your deposit even if you clean thoroughly before moving out. Go elsewhere it’s not worth it.

Loved this place when I stayed here! Great property and great management! I normally don’t leave reviews. However, I still talk about this place till this day with my wife and we always said we wish we could move there again.
