For a rather big rental company in La Crosse, Munson Realty has been overall pretty good. The few times we've had issues, we've been able to reach out and get it sorted out. Our maintenance guy Andrew is always good at communicating with us when he needs to stop by and always has a good attitude and friendly disposition. Their online payment platform makes paying rent easy and quick, and I love not having to blow through checks.

I had a great renting experience here throughout college. As a student, it was really important to have a place that felt safe, well-managed, and reliable, and this was exactly that. Now that I’m graduating, I’m really thankful for how smooth and stress-free my time renting here was. I’d definitely recommend to other college students!

We have enjoyed having Munson as our property manager. They are very quick to respond to requests and fix our household issues. They are always respectful and professional in our communication. The house we are renting is well maintained and cared for.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Munson Realty and would strongly caution others before working with them. After they took over management of the property, the overall quality and professionalism declined significantly. Rent was increased, which led to many tenants moving out, and several month-to-month residents were forced out with little consideration. The handling of tenant relations felt careless and poorly managed. Throughout my time there, I was repeatedly charged fees that were not outlined in my lease agreement. I was also incorrectly told that I had late fees on multiple occasions, despite keeping up with payments. Their system and application process appeared disorganized, and staff often seemed unfamiliar with their own procedures. On top of that, I was threatened with eviction without clear or justified reasoning, which created unnecessary stress. Now, while trying to resolve outstanding financial issues and recover money owed to me, I’ve been met with dismissive responses. I’ve been told nothing can be done, and calls have even been ended abruptly without resolution. Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with a property management company. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service make it very difficult to recommend Munson Realty to anyone. Proceed with caution. If i could put 0 stars I would.

Munson has been a great realty company for the last 2 years of our stay in La Crosse. They are always quick to respond to any of the issues life may throw your way. Always pleasant and the maintenance workers are super friendly and flexible especially around our dog!
