I've had a fantastic experience with Great Rivers Property Management! From day one, they've been incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something taken care of, they were always available and quick to help. You can tell they truly care about their tenants and want to make sure they are comfortable and happy where they live. I've realized that it's rare to find landlords who are this dedicated and easy to work with—I’m very grateful to be renting through them. Highly recommend!

I rented from this company to open my shop and work remote with my job i had. I only had issues with repairs but those are minor. I had a very professional relationship with the manager and she did her best and when i did have to leave and had an eviction because i could not afford it she did work with me too rectify the situation and is very understanding. If im being honest i would rent from them again because they are very honest professional people.

Absolute nightmare of an experience renting from them. Currently suing them, avoid at all cost and if your a current tenant, have a lawyer review your lease.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I lived at one of their Eau Claire properties for 4-5 years and ever since the new property manager took over it’s been terrible. I’m a single mom of 2 small children and they took my entire $1,000 security deposit. I was forced into signing a renewal lease 6.5 months before start of the new term, I ended up having to move before that term started but at the end of the term i was in. i was told it would be $700 to break my lease which is not at all stated in my lease. all the property manager had to say was “a lease is a legally binding contract” when i asked her where in the lease stated a $700 lease breaking fee. they unlawfully took the $700 “lease break fee” that was not agreed upon in my lease. also took $290 something for “carpet repair” that they did not even repair because i know the tenant that moved in there. such a joke, they should be ashamed!
