Lisa is great to work with. I am pleased with her quick responses to our questions and how accommodating she was working around all 5 new tenants schedules to finalize the lease signing process. I feel confident that we made the right choice in choosing a Biondo Property.

I've never had any issues while renting with Biondo Properties, besides one washing machine mishap (which is not the biggest deal). I reached out to Lisa to ask if she would be willing to check it out and she came immediately the following morning and squared things up. She even graciously gave me my quarters back that were eaten. It wasn't a monumental issue but the fact that it was handled so quickly was greatly appreciated. I haven't had a landlord that had showed up less than 24 hours after request, great accommodation.

The Biondo’s are by far the BEST landlords in La Crosse! I have resigned my lease multiple times with them, and always recommend them to others. They are always reliable, understanding, and quick with their communication! 9/10 they will answer and repair a maintenance request within the day, most of the time within a few hours!

I truly love everything about this place! The complex is always so clean, the neighbors are friendly, and maintenance is incredibly fast and helpful. The landlords are so kind and responsive and they really make you feel at home! I’m especially grateful that they were understanding and allowed my ESA pet to live with me despite their strict no-pet policy. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Lisa and Kevin Biondo are truly the best landlords! They communicate clearly and promptly about any needs or concerns, and they are always willing to help—no matter how big or small the issue may be. They consistently show kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their tenants. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live or better people to rent from!
