VIEWS, AMENITIES, PRISTINE CONDITION...but the STAFF closed the deal. Mackenzie, the assistant general manager, and his incredible staff (shout out to Summer) went the extra mile to find the best room at a great, affordable price. You cannot beat the larger accommodations, the valet trash service right at their door, and refrigerators with exterior ice and water dispensers. The exercise areas are top-notch, so your student doesn't have to add on a gym membership elsewhere. Not to mention the rooftop hangout with incredible views overlooking the river across from Neyland. Villas Knoville has paid attention to every detail! And their staff thrives on punctuality, professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding customer service. I cannot rave enough. Sign here and prepare to be amazed!

Ok I have to leave a review for Emma because she was SO sweet and helpful throughout this whole process!! From the moment I came in she was super welcoming and made everything feel so easy, like she genuinely wanted to help and wasn’t just going through the motions. She was so enthusiastic and patient with all my questions (and I had a lot lol) and just had the best energy honestly. You could tell she actually loves what she does. It made the whole experience so much less stressful than I expected!! I’m moving in this fall and I’m honestly soo excited, but if anyone is looking into this place, talk to Emma. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!!

My son and I were touring apartments this week in preparation for his sophomore year, and honestly, we didn't expect to be done after one stop. From the moment we walked in, Emma greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like we were her only appointment of the day. She knew the property inside and out, answered every question we threw at her, and never once made us feel rushed. The Villas speak for themselves: location, atmosphere, and quality checked each of our boxes. If you are searching for upscale, luxury living in Knoxville and want to be treated right from the very first handshake, make the Villas your first stop. You may not need a second one. We didn't. Thank you Emma. You made what can be a stressful process feel effortless.

The staff here are amazing! Adrianna is my favorite! She was very sweet and very easy to talk to throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and explained all of the terms thoroughly. Amazing place!

10/10! Adrianna gave an absolutely amazing tour. I've also been to their office and the rest of the staff is just as wonderful as she! Can't wait to call this place home next year!
