The Davy, knoxville-tn

I had an excellent experience visiting the Davy apartment complex community! The property was well maintained, beautiful and everything I was hoping for my son's living experience. What stood out was the exceptional service I got from the young man, Hayden. He was the leasing rep. who was incredibly helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain details of the community apartment complex and made sure I felt informed. I'm excited for my son's living experience in this place.

The Davy is a great place for students! The amenities are fantastic, the pool is huge as well as the gym. They have buses that run to UTKs campus which is so convenient. On top of that, the people that work there are so great and helpful! Would definitely recommend living here!

Hayden Mann has always been incredibly helpful and responsive. Anytime I’ve needed assistance—whether it was getting locked out of my room, submitting a maintenance request, or handling an issue around the property—he’s been quick to help and make sure everything gets taken care of. He’s professional, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

During our transfer portal window that lasted three weeks, Morgan A. was my point of contact and did a phenomenal job at giving our prospects and their families tours and answering any questions that they had. She was amazing and four of our players will be staying at that location because of how welcoming she made them feel. the Davy is fortunate to have her on their team!

Our experience with The Davy was amazing! Hayden made us feel comfortable right from the beginning… and the more time we spent with him, the more excited our son was about living there. He took a stressful time and made it easy. We believe our son is going to love living at The Davy!
