The Davy, knoxville-tn

The Davy is a great place for students! The amenities are fantastic, the pool is huge as well as the gym. They have buses that run to UTKs campus which is so convenient. On top of that, the people that work there are so great and helpful! Would definitely recommend living here!

The Davy is an excellent option for students who wish to live within walking distance/commuter distance from main campus. The amenities are very nice and the community is very chill. I would definitely recommend the Davy if you are looking for something across the river!

During our transfer portal window that lasted three weeks, Morgan A. was my point of contact and did a phenomenal job at giving our prospects and their families tours and answering any questions that they had. She was amazing and four of our players will be staying at that location because of how welcoming she made them feel. the Davy is fortunate to have her on their team!

Morgan was absolutely incredible throughout our Knoxville apartment search, helping us ultimately secure a place at The Davy! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and happily answered our endless questions over several days. Both The Davy residents and management are fortunate to have Morgan on the team! I have had a really great experience with the Davy apartment so far and a big reason because of is because of Morgan A. She has been really helpful with my process moving in especially as a transfer student she has been really hands on with all the questions and concerns i’ve had and had done a really great job :)
