Polite Run Around! My daughter has lived at Redpoint since fall 2022. Two BIG issues/warnings I have are that they raised rent by 50% when student housing became difficult to find, and, I have REPEATEDLY asked for help with the air quality in her apartment. The vents blow dust over her bed and it makes her sick. We have used candle warmers over lighting them, upgraded their filters and purchased an air purifier for her room. I started asking the front office for help with this in spring 2024. I even offered to pay to have ducts cleaned out (after NOTHING was done). IT IS FEBRUARY 2025! The carpet needs cleaning as well because the junk blowing out of the vents accumulates in crevices along walls.

After living at a couple of different places during my college experience, I can definitely say that Redpoint has far surpassed any other places. Even before living there, they made sure to make me feel comfortable with good communication and opportunities for future residents. Move-in day was a breeze and they made sure everything was organized and taken care of. Since moving in, I have had a fantastic experience. The community is always well taken care of, the houses are in amazing shape, and the amenities are top-of-the-line. I’ve never felt unsafe because of the gate that runs around the entire property. The entire staff has never been anything but amazing and friendly, and they work so hard to provide opportunities and fun events for the residents. Overall, living here has been the perfect experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, safe, and enjoyable place to live near UT’s campus.

A lovely gated community with a home-away-from-home feel. the most warm and welcoming place I have experienced in my years in college. The staff in the office really care about the residents. Olivia in the office has made me feel incredible welcome and accommodated all of my needs! She is so sweet to my puppy and loves him like I do. The office works so hard to love on its residents, with catered brunches, sand volleyball tournaments, and even a doggy prom!

LIVE HERE!!!!!! Seriously, I had the best experience living at Redpoint. The maintenance are so helpful, James and John are so accommodating. I’m honestly so sad to be a senior and have to move out because I’ve built such great friendships with so many of the staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live senior year. I lived at another apartment the first couple of years of college and i wish I would have just lived at redpoint for every year during college.
