5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend for UTK Students! My son, Colby, is currently living at Nova Knoxville, and our experience has been absolutely fantastic from day one. The move-in process was incredibly easy and stress-free. The apartment itself is wonderful. The common spaces, bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms are all very spacious, giving him plenty of room to live comfortably. Thanks to the amazing location right on The Strip, it is an easy walk to everything he needs. Because it is so close to campus, his place has become a favorite spot where friends constantly drop by and hang out. He frequently takes advantage of the great building amenities, especially the fitness gym and the quiet study rooms. Whenever he has submitted a maintenance request, the team has handled it quickly and efficiently. He enjoyed his time here so much that he already renewed his lease for his junior year. In fact, he loves the community so much that he just got a job working there! If you are looking for a convenient, spacious, and student-friendly place near campus, I cannot recommend Nova Knoxville enough.

As far as a college apartment goes, this is the best that you’ll find in Knox. It’s affordable, clean and has great amenities. The location is also prime and has easy access to everything. You wouldn’t even need a car as a student living here. Neyland is a next door neighbor and interstate access isn’t far. Highly recommend for students.

Absolutely have been loving my experience at NOVA so far, and am so excited to renew. This is one of the cheapest places on the strip tbh and in amazing condition. I don't have a car and lowkey dont need one. Parking is a scam in knox in general and at least here they care about the residents that do have it.

I visited Nova in need of housing for my final year at the University of Tennessee because I finally wanted the chance to live on Cumberland Avenue for a great rate! There I was greeted by their staff with no hesitation and they were able to show me around the property with their amazing amenities! Seth in particular was really able to outline what separates their property from the others! I am most excited to not be right next to the bars where I have heard they will keep people up at night! Overall, the leasing experience was super good and I am stoked to live with my friends in their 4bedroom layout this upcoming school year!

This apartment complex feels very new and nice. CJ was extremely friendly and helpful! She made my experience very easy and nice and also answered all of my questions.
