Highland Grand Apartments, knoxville-tn

Great place to live! I’ve had a really good experience at Highland Grand Apartments. The community is quiet, the location is super convenient for getting to UTK and nearby stores, and the apartments are spacious for the price. The management team has been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions, and maintenance has always taken care of requests quickly. Overall, it feels safe, comfortable, and student-friendly. I definitely recommend Highland Grand to anyone looking for a reliable place to live in Knoxville!

Moving to Knoxville as an International Student can be a scary experience. But the one thing solid about my experience in Knoxville has been the Highland Grand team who made the entire leasing and move-in process extremely easy. All maintenance issues were fixed within a day. If you are looking for a reliable place to stay as a student here, choose the Highland community. Cheers.

Love this apartment complex! 2nd year living here and the front office is always super helpful! The apartments themselves are very affordable and a bargain for their quality (in terms of Knoxville prices)

Good experience. Guy came in and did his job and was friendly afterwards. He also made sure I saw my dishwasher working after which was nice.

I am new to this apartment and so far my experience has been good. There were some initial issues with the apartment that we was assigned to us but the management helped us navigate through the problems and solve them!
