Property Concepts, kirksville-mo

I've lived in both Jefferson and Rollins and have had a great experience in both. Polina is super sweet and always quick to answer my questions! She was also nice enough to let me transfer my lease halfway through the year so that I could move into a larger apartment. The rent on these apartments is very affordable for a college student and I like that I am able to live on my own with my pets. My apartment in Jefferson did have thinner walls so sometimes I could hear my neighbors but it honestly wasn't too bad. The included wifi is somewhat spotty so I recommend getting your own wifi.

I have lived in my apartment for 4 years and love it!! Polina is the best landlord I’ve ever had!! The apartment is clean and I’ve never had any problems getting things fixed or taken care of! She is always just a text away and is very helpful in all aspects of living!! This is a perfect option for college aged people, or like in my situation, single affordable living!!! 20/10 recommend!

Property concepts is a good place to rent from if you need an affordable place to live as a college student :). I live in the Jefferson Apartments and I like living there. Polina is one of the nicest landlords I have ever had and I think she really just wants to help out college students. You can purchase your own wifi if you want to. I never had problems with the wifi, but chose to get my own because I'm a computer science major. I've never had any problems with bugs except for an occasional fruit fly during the summer. The walls in my apartment are thick, and I do not hear my neighbors unless they are in the hallway. Some of the apartments that Property Concepts has are very cute, and I've enjoyed being able to afford an apartment that I can live by my own in. Overall, this was a good place to live and I'm very glad I got the chance to live here.

Lived here my senior year of college, the rent is cheap and you get what you pay for. Wifi is free and the building I lived in, I only had to pay for electricity as far as utilities. My unit had a gas stove which I loved and have had a really hard time finding any apartments with gas instead of electric. The maintenence team is amazing and very quick to respond when you need help and Polina is the best landlord I've ever worked with, she is very understanding and easy to communicate with. Plus the apartments are pet friendly, even to reptiles and fish! You can't beat the location either, being able to walk to campus and the square was my favorite part of living here.

I've lived in both Jefferson and Rollins Apartments through Property Concepts. They are a great place to live as a college student! Polina doesn't charge my fiance and I extra rent for being two people living in a one bedroom (some people in Kirksville charge $100 or more for more people!). Its super affordable and Polina has been very nice to us. We haven't had bug problems at all and Polina is very quick to reply to any questions we have. The best part is Property concepts doesn't care if you hang things on the wall or paint. You can really make the apartments feel like your own!
