Dirty conditions in the 90 Fortin property when I lived there briefly in summer 2021. Dust bunnies, debris, and dead bugs in the hallway, despite weekly vacuuming, the common kitchen area smelled and was full of crumbs and other tenants' clutter. Bathrooms were filthy and had no hot water in the showers, and the water pressure in the showers was a trickle at best. Notified the landlord about it, and nothing was done. A tenant who lived there for 1 year before I arrived said that the showers had been like that for as long as he had lived there. The location to campus is ideal for a short commute, and the price was reasonable, but the single rooms in 90 Fortin felt like I was living in a 1920s tenement.

My daughter rented from Fortin Holdings -- a great space in Kingston. Liz Crippin fantastic to work with -- responsive, kind, honest, professional, clearly smart and attentive, and really caring about students especially in this weird and difficult time. She made sure that the apartment was cared for, and addressed a maintenance issue very quickly and completely. She is also really great at finding you the "right" space! Liz is a true gem out there -- I would not hesitate to rent from her again.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with Fortin Holdings. The best part about living here is that it is close to campus and you are mostly left alone. However, maintenance is helpful if there are any problems and I’ve had a good experience with them as well. Prices are also fairly reasonable. The room I’m in is a little small but I’ve made it feel like home. I recommend these apartment complexes.

Living there was very easy living there cheaper than uri walking distance to campus so no need for a parking pass rooms have good wifi and heat. Building has cleaners come 2 a week. Land lord is quick to respond to any issue. Never had any issues renting from them and i did for 2 years great apartments moving in and out is very quick.

My daughter lived at your location on Potter Lane. The room was fantastic. She loved the location (never needed her car to get to class). The place was quiet and clean. I found the property manger to be very responsive and informative. Highly recommended!!!!
