Not quite luxury, the apartment themselves are nice however then in turn lack in actual support from the complex when needed. Office hours are not usually followed and they take days off without notice, which is extremely stressful when they also withhold packages and you have to rely on them being open to get your mail, and for most working individuals that means not being able to get your mail by the time you are out off work during the week, with no number for emergencies when they are completely out of the office most of the week. I’ve ran into multiple issues where i have tried to contact the office and entered during their open hours to see the building locked up. Other things like being told i have to lock up my pets bc they have permission to enter my apartment without notice for maintenance any time during a 2-3 month period during my lease also feels violating, as well as ammenties like the pool being closed for over a week during the two month period we are allowed to use it, as well as wifi that goes out for hours weekly, me and many other residents agree that we are paying wya too much for these to be such common issues

I have lived here for 2 years and in that time locked doors have been treated like suggestions by staff here. They’ll just walk into rented private bedroom spaces regardless. They’ve moved stuff in my room without any notice or saying anything to me. There are multiple days every month where I cannot use my bathroom sink, because it clogs regularly, and they will not come fix it until the clog is considered “severe” enough, so, no matter how frequently I make maintenance aware of the issue, the sink will only be unclogged every other month. I have put in 6 work orders for it, several of which had to be reopened because they were not completed when their app said they were. The first couple of months I lived here we did not have a washer. We could not get an estimated timeline for fixing it and had to beg for information about the progress only to find out the reason they weren’t communicating freely was because they did not order a new washer as they verbally promised us they did after several repair attempts on the old one failed. Any complaints or concerns are usually dismissed by either saying they’re allowed entry whenever they want or by giving an indefinite timeline for when maintenance issues will be fixed. I recommend going to a different apartment complex as privacy, overall security that should be guaranteed by door locks, and basic amenities are not a guarantee here!

I just signed my lease for next year! I couldn’t have done it without the help of the wonderful Katie at the desk who answered each time I called and every question I had with the upmost honesty and clarity. I just wanted to shout her out and say thank you to her!

Amazing Tour Experience with Emma! Emma was absolutely wonderful during our apartment tour! She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and really helped us picture what life would be like living here. Her enthusiasm and genuine care made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. You can tell she truly loves what she does and wants the best for her residents. We left feeling confident and excited about the community — all thanks to Emma’s friendly personality and exceptional service. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re touring!
