Dealing with Ashley over the phone and through email was not only difficult, but also draining. Others may use the word arrogant, some may say lack luster, but as the representative of housing, for a multimillion dollar school, you should be doing everything you can to provide proper housing information. Rather it feels like she’s been having us in a loop contacting different people in order to stall until our housing arrangements had been made. We pay too much to be dealt with like peasants. You have one star on your reviews for a reason, try customer service and listening to who pays you and maybe it’ll go up!
