Hidden Pines, kent-oh

Hidden Pines Town Homes is and has been a nice place to live. The owner, manager and other staff/assistants I have met or conversed with have been very friendly. It is about give or take a 10 minute drive from campus but the location feels secluded surrounded by the trees. They have been timely with all communication and the town home itself is in pretty good condition. Any issues I have had have been dealt with quickly thanks to maintenance.

These townhomes are clean and roomy. The setting in the woods is very relaxing after the stress of life, school and work. The maintenance staff is kind, efficient, and prompt. The office manager is the best ever. She is always prompt and caring with her replies. It feels good to know as long as I fulfill my lease she will be there to help out.

Moving to hidden pines for my last two years at college was the best decision. It’s less than 10 minutes to drive to campus. It’s surrounded by a little bit of woods which I love because I can see deer and other wildlife from my window. Their communication is great and they respond very quickly and are very helpful. For example, our microwave broke and they provided us with a temporary microwave asap until they were able to come in and fully replace it, still within a week. It’s definitely an awesome place and I’m very happy here.

Hidden pines is a great place to live! Whenever we had an issue in the house the maintenance was quick to come fix it! Great amount of space and it's just far enough from campus to feel like a home away from school life.

God I love it here, you’re not going to find a better place to call home in Kent. Finding a reliable apartment that actually gets taking care of is a big deal for me coming from out is state. It’s also nice having students living near by you in one big community, I’m glad this place has been my home, I’ve made many memories here.
