Campus Pointe, kent-oh

Campus pointe is great!! The amenities are great and the staff is also amazing! I personally know Gina Sferra and she always is so sweet when I go into the clubhouse and everyone in general is always so welcoming there! Work orders get completed extremely quickly and overall a great place!

I have had mixed experiences while living at Campus Pointe. I was placed with a random roommate who was incredibly noisy at night and constantly violating quiet hours. He would make noise until the early morning hours directly outside of my room, and he threatens to be violent with me when I ask him to stop. I have reached out to the leasing office on numerous occasions and they keep saying they will do something about it, but nothing has come from it. This has been going on for months and the leasing office has known about it for atleast 1-2 months with me reaching out to them on multiple occasions. It is unacceptable to live in conditions where a roommate is breaking the lease rules, is disrupting my sleep, and threatening violence. There has been no options for me to move into a different unit and I have been stuck putting up with this until the end of the lease. I am confused why no units are available for me to transfer to as it is summer and many people have moved out. I wish the leasing office would be more serious about taking action to resolve these issues because this is unacceptable. No person should have to fear for their safety and deal with constant sleep disruption. If you do sign a lease never room with someone random because if you do have roommate issues do not expect the leasing office to help you out even if they say they will.

Campus Pointe has been a great place to live. I’ve lived here for the past two years, and the maintenance team has always been helpful and efficient. The amenities are another big plus! The pool is great, and I love having 24/7 access to the gym, yoga room, and study spaces. Anytime I’ve had questions or issues with my apartment, the staff has been kind, supportive, and quick to help. The only downside is parking near my apartment. When I get home after 8 p.m., I sometimes have to park near the visitor lot, which can be a bit of a walk and occasionally frustrating. Other than that, my experience has been very positive, and I would definitely recommend Campus Pointe to others.

Campus point is a really wonderful place to stay for Kent state college students. It’s right up the street from the main campus (about a 5 minute or less drive). They have a lot of amenities, gym, pool, etc. Also, I want to give a special shout out to Arabella for being an incredible employee at campus point. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring, respectful to tenants, and is very helpful. Thank you campus point for being a wonderful place to live!

Was very happy to see my daughter had such a nice place at Campus Pointe for attending Kent State. Since my wife and I both attended universities (Ohio U., Ohio State, Kent, and U. of Maryland) for our degrees, we KNOW finding a place to call "home" for a few years isn't easy! There are some real dumps that people rent to college students, but Campus Pointe is NOT one of those! It's a beautiful, well-kept complex with a lot of amenities for the students. Parking is easy.. and staff is nice. More recently, my daughter (Gracie) picked up doing some office work at Campus Pointe, and this makes it even better is so many ways. Definitely recommend Campus Pointe for "home away from home" for students going to KSU!!
