The Blake, kennesaw-ga

Going into my third year living here, I've had a great experience overall. The property is well managed, and any issues that come up are handled quickly. I have a great community here and the office or more specifically Alec Sykes plays a roll in that. Whether it's friendly conversations while picking up packages or getting help with a question, he's always incredibly friendly, professional, and makes everything easy. Even if that’s just friendly conversation around the complex. His positive attitude and willingness to help has been part of my roommate and I’s decision to continue living here (and are bringing a third roommate to join this complex)!

I’ve had a good experience living at The Blake Kennesaw overall. The location is really convenient, especially since the bus stop is right nearby, which makes it easy for me to get to school. The apartments are nice and the community is generally quiet. There are a few small things that could be improved, but it’s been a reasonable place to live.

Alec is super helpful! And he always make sure I get my packages!! Great employee he makes living here super easy and reliable! You have a problem go to him, he will get it situated

The Blake was a perfect place for my son and his best friend to land as they started school at KSU together last fall in a 2-2. We chose it because it is the closest off-campus housing complex, and walking to campus is quick and easy. We haven't had any issues with the space, repairs, pests, or noise. They live in the 600 area toward the back and have a secure, separate entrance on the ground floor, so it is quiet and calm, but with plenty of students around to connect. Best decision we made to figure out college life in Atlanta.

I actually do enjoy my time at The Blake! The staff is wonderful and make sure your needs are accommodated and concerns are addressed. The pool, gym and basketball court are amazing amenities for student living. Alec & Micayla go above and beyond to make sure residents are situated at the front office! I recommend this place for any student looking for a quiet and subtle living situation.
