Before next semester comes let me go ahead and warn everybody! I can’t wait to move out I literally hate it here and it’s horrible here!!! The worst student apartment ever! If I could give negative stars this place would definitely have negative stars and this is why: 1. They don’t answer emails or calls! I have emailed different people and can never get a response. The only contact you when it’s time for rent to be due other than that they don’t answer. Most of the management don’t even want to talk to you so you can ask questions because they don’t come out their office or either they are not here. 2. The gym is not 24 hours, it barely has any equipment in there and out of all the equipment that’s in there maybe 4 of them actually work. 3. When I moved in my apartment was DIRTY!!! My carpet was so old and crunchy, there was hair on the floor, holes in the wall, patched up areas of paint, my closet door is literally falling apart, there is so many cracks in walls and boarding around the walls, and stains all in my bathtub. I also moved in 5x5 with 1 room already occupied so they didn’t clean the kitchen or living room before moving in. 4. Parking Garage is horrible! There is 1 way in and 1 way out so there is a lot of near accidents and from what I heard it took years for them to put mirrors in the garage and there not even in every corner. Not to mention we have to pay to park every month!!! 5. My car got towed because they didn’t “notice my tag.” I don’t understand how we pay to park and your towing a car that paid to park so not only did my car get towed I had to find a way to get to the tow yard to get my car back! I literally had to take out legal actions against the tow company and Bixby was no help! 6. It’s nice to be across the stadium but if you plan on having guests on those weekends just don’t. The building sells our guest parking spots to vendors for the game. So you have to go to the office get a pass for your guest and tell them the license plate (which I don’t know why that matters if they going to tow your car anyway). 7. Wifi goes out every week! I literally have to go out my way to find somewhere to study because the wifi goes out every week and Bixby doesn’t fix the wifi. We have to go through the 3rd party even though we pay bixby for wifi! 8. The price is crazyyyy! I pay almost $1400 for a 5x5. This is the reason I am moving out to my own place. This is ridiculous they charge extra for everything! They charge extra if you can see the pool or the stadium from your room and charge extra for a balcony when 95% of the apartments have balconies. 9. It always smells like dogs pee! People have dogs and let them poop and pee where ever. The trash room always smell! I don’t even stay near the trash room and I can smell it as soon as I get off the elevator and go to my room. 10. There is never any hot water. They say the hot water heater is on a timer but the water literally gets hot and back cold, straight lukewarm, or just cold. I can’t even take a good shower because I can never get decent hot water. 11. They lost 2 of my packages still don’t know where they are or what happened to them but if you plan on getting mail please don’t send it here! The lockers also do not work everytime I get a package I either don’t get a code, the package is not in the correct box, or it’s just missing all together. 12. The elevators will not be working and they don’t send out no kind of message to let you know. I had to take my wagon up four flights of steps because no elevators were working and I was unaware. There is really more I can put in this review but it would be as long as a book! Also before yall reply and say contact yall…I did and yall didn’t respond which is why Im making the review now.

Amazing very good Bri is the best, she was very nice and kind to me. She hosted a pancake event and she made the best pancakes. I look forward to coming to more of Bixbys events. I enjoyed myself!

As I was passing the 5th floor sky lounge, I absolutely loved the bouquet bar! Had a beautiful opportunity to make a bouquet, especially with Valentine’s Day coming up! So beautiful and I love these type of events!

Kelissa was amazing! She greeted me warmly, was very attentive, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made for a great experience.

Just wanted to say that today there was a pancake event and the event was nice! Im a athlete here at kennesaw state and this event was great way to connect. Shoutout to bri, the RA here at bixby for being kind to me and helping me out. She was cool.
