I’ve lived here since my freshman year at KSU, and I’m about to start my third lease. Overall, I’ve had a good experience, and I think it’s one of the better off-campus apartments near Kennesaw State University. The apartment itself is nice, and I’ve renewed my lease because I’ve generally enjoyed living here. My biggest concern is transportation. I don’t have a car, so I either have to walk or take an Uber. Walking to campus takes about 30 minutes, and over the past few years I’ve been told multiple times that a bus or shuttle would be available the following year. I renewed my lease more than once expecting that to happen, but it still hasn’t. Another thing to keep in mind is that your experience depends a lot on your roommates. Since it’s shared housing, some roommates may not clean up after themselves or stay on top of chores like taking out the trash or keeping the kitchen clean. If you get considerate roommates, your experience will probably be much better. Overall, I would still recommend this apartment, especially if you have your own car or don’t mind walking or biking to campus. The location and apartment itself are great. I just hope the transportation situation is improved because it would make a huge difference for students who don’t have a vehicle.

One of the best student housing in Kennesaw. Management really cares about their residents. Nina is amazing and you can tell she enjoys her job! The building is clean and well kept!

Beware of hidden fees! Trying to get as much money as possible out of you, like most student living apartments. Other than that nice place to live, amazing front desk and maintenance, definitely one of the better options for student living. Gate probably worked a total of a month out of the two years of living there.

I came here two years ago, excited. The building was nice, my apartment had a good amount of space, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the people living here make this place unbearable. The lease is never enforced, so everyone here smokes weed and cigarettes, blasts music, races across the parking lot, and has parties at random times/days of the week. Both of my roommates smoke, and despite my talking with them and management multiple times, nothing was ever done about it, and I had to deal with my apartment smelling like weed and cigarettes for a year. Some nights I’d wake up to cars blasting music or racing in the parking lot. Some nights, I’d be studying and suddenly have to listen to awful music at 11 pm since there would be a party on a random Tuesday night. Someone stole a pumpkin from outside my apartment, and someone else hit the side of my car without leaving a note. I figured out who the idiot was because there was green paint on the side of my car where it was hit, and he had the only green car in the entire parking lot that, when I checked, had a silver paint scratch that matched the color of my car. Someone else almost hit my other car while drifting in the parking lot, which I caught on my dash cam. It sucks because I liked my room, and I really got to know some of the staff here. Unfortunately, the people who live here have no respect for themselves or others. They’re just loud and irritating, which made living here pretty awful.

i’ve recently moved rooms and originally was told 6 days to move paying a 300 transfer fee. The day come to get my new keys, was told i have only 2 day to move. From the first floor, to the third floor, and they don’t have elevator’s. I had just went to check my balance of my old room and i have over $800 in damage fee, and mind you i even steamed my carpet from home depot. I’m a college student and this complex treats you as if you’re not in school having a good paying job, this is absolutely ridiculous! I put pictures below to show how i scrubbed my room downnn and still got charged 800 in damages! They also pop up in your room unannounced as well, but hey this is the cleanest and nicest off campus apartment, and that’s why i’m still here till i graduate, but the struggle is real here. UPDATE- I added the last 6 pictures of what they sent me of what was worth over $800, bathroom cleaning fee( clearly see it’s clean), carpet replacement 482 for that, wall hole bigger than a dime( I was told all the holes combined has to be equal to a dime, meaning you put a TV up your getting fined if you don’t cover it, I have picture evidence of a dime over a single hole btw), and lastly blind had dust( I cleaned the dust off I’ve been living there never cleaned it, i cleaned it good, this was over 180). I got $410 total now from a 50% discount and this is all they can do apparently for the inconvenience.
