Bri is a wonderful landlord and I would strongly recommend renting with her! I rented with Bri this past year and am so glad I did. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she ensured all maintenance requests were completed in a timely order. We had a unique situation where our apartment had cosmetic work done and was for sale. Throughout this whole time Bri kept open and honest communication in advance about who would be on the property and what they would be doing. When showing the house, Bri provided us with ample notice and I never felt invaded. As a first time renter, Bri walked me through every step of the way and provided her on insight from a motherly standpoint. I am truly thankful that I rented with Bri and would recommend her to anyone in the area.

The KSC student rental team rode the bar when it comes to what a land lord should do for tenants. Bri is super flexible and willing to accommodate any problems you may have I have rented with her for 4 years on two different properties and also got multiple of my friends places who were struggling to find housing wether student or just a post grad looking for cheap housing with a great staff use Keene state student rentals. Keep in mind that these are typical college apartments in older apartment buildings/multiple unit housing. They sometimes do need maintenance. That said, my daughter always received prompt responses to her maintenance requests and any of her concerns were dealt with. The maintenance personnel were courteous and pleasant to have in her home. My daughter loved her apartment, received the flexibility to decorate as she desired, was allowed to have her cat with her and felt very safe. I would recommend Keene Student Rentals.
