I have lived in Arcadia for at least three years now and it is truly one of the best places to be . Rent is affordable Everything comes included with the price , and they really work hard to make the place a fun space . The property manager really gets into the holidays and usually opens her space up so that we can get snacks and other goodie’s P.s she always is willing to brew you a coffee 10 out of 10 would recommend , definitely better than Starbucks! In all seriousness though there’s a reason I keep resigning my lease, it’s not everyday you find a place where you feel safe and comfortable without paying an arm and a leg they are consistently improving In any area that they can and after 3 years i still find myself recommending this place to people looking for a place to call home

If you are a student looking to live here and don’t have roommates you’re moving in with DO NOT LIVE HERE! I moved in independently this August to a 4 person apartment that had three friends that had been friends for years. I didn’t know it at the time but the girls were a “known problem” unit to management and had lived there last year. They violated multiple parts of the lease consistently and were loud for most of the nights into the night. I did respectfully bring up my concerns to them and was basically given the message if this isn’t working for you maybe you should move to a different unit. I would’ve but there were zero rooms available for me to go to. I had multiple talks with Bethany about my desire to get out of the room consistently for weeks straight and ended up basically commuting hours from my home to school everyday for weeks because of how uncomfortable I was in the apartment. If I didn’t have the luxury of being close enough to do that I would’ve dropped out in the fall of my senior year it was that extremely stressful. Throughout these talks it became clear she knew all of their behaviors/ lease violations but didn’t care. When I found a different place to live I moved out officially mid-September. When leaving I asked if the rent would be for the full month, it was explained yes and that actually “I would usually still have you be on the hook for rent until you got someone to take over your lease.” So the message was I should be grateful I’m even allowed to break my lease, I had legal reasons I could break my lease and there was no favor done for me. In certain situations I could’ve called the police if I really wanted to but I didn’t so if anyone did a favor it was me. Your experience could be entirely different especially if you’re moving in as a whole unit but even in my short time there I had other residents explain issues met with no response by management. Specifically with laundry machines ripping holes in clothing but it is outsourced so management doesn’t do anything.

I love living here! It’s very clean, the landlady is absolutely amazing and only a 5 minute walk from campus. I’ve had no issues and have no hesitation to resign a lease with Arcadia apartments. I feel very safe and know if I ever had any issues they would be taken care of efficiently.

Arcadia is such an amazing place to live! It’s close to campus and is only a 5 min walk. Management of the building is very helpful and keeps residents up to date on new and exciting things happening within the building and town.
