Save yourself stress and money. Do not live here. My experience at Campus Court has really been nothing but disappointing. From the absolutely disgusting (!!!) state of my apartment on move-in day to the countless other issues I experienced throughout my entire tenancy, I repeatedly tried to resolve everything through the appropriate channels. Even after re-reviewing my entire lease and documenting my very specific concerns in an email sent directly to management, it still took multiple phone calls, a follow-up email, and eventually me driving all the way back out to Kalamazoo just to ask the leasing manager in person if he could have the general manager respond to my email. The end result was basically a “we’re sorry, but we can’t do anything about it“ email response. I am still waiting on a response to my last follow-up email from June 30. What I find especially frustrating is seeing how quickly management actively responds to public Google reviews while failing to acknowledge legitimate concerns raised directly by tenants like me through direct email. It gives me the clear impression that public image is way more of a high priority to Campus Court than resolving actual tenants’ issues. I understand that mistakes can happen, but after reading through other reviews (that I wish I listened to prior to signing my lease) and experiencing the obvious lack of responsiveness from management firsthand, it‘s seriously difficult to view these as “mistakes.“ Ignoring tenants who are making good-faith efforts to communicate professionally is simply unacceptable. Again, save yourself the stress and the money and live somewhere else!! My experience left me with the impression that once you’ve signed your lease, your concerns become less important than attracting the next group of lease-signers. Edit in response to the response I received: Thanks for your response Nicole. However I am confused by the statement that you couldn’t find my resident profile. While I understand my name is slightly different on this review, I included very specific details about my situation, including the exact date I sent my most recent email. I also forwarded that same email to you again the very day I posted this review. If you are unable to find it, please let me know so I can forward it to you again so we can resolve this privately

I can’t recommend Campus Court enough. I live in a townhouse, and it’s great! 3 stories and everyone has their own bathroom. Love. ALSO the amenities are awesome. I use the gym every. single. day. & when it’s warm, we can open the garage doors and have fresh air in the gym! There is a private room with the Lululemon workout mirror, and tanning bed too. all included with rent. The pool is really nice, and feels like a private area when the weather is warm. I like to bring my study materials and spend the day there when I can. Choose campus court :)

Overall, a quite positive experience. No place is perfect, but I can say that for the most part, the complex is nice and both the maintenance as well as the office staff respond to issues quickly when you bring them up. I renewed my lease for a reason, and I have recommended the complex to others.

Horrible management, maintenance, and the leasing office staff sit on their phones all day. Wouldn’t salt for “too cold of windchill” when they had 5 days until the windchill would be as cold as they claimed. There is trash and dog POOP LINING the walkways everywhere it is insane. Mold in probably all apartments. I don’t know anybody whose apartment was cleaned professionally before move in, which they claim to do. Leasing office staff will direct you to a manager who won’t call back.

I’ve lived here for 4 years, first 3 years were decent (like maybe 3 stars). But this is the last year ever I’m considering living here. I don’t know what happened but management has gotten worse. Parking permits are honestly not enforced and there are tons of cars illegally parked and tow trucks do not do anything. There has been so many changes to key pads and key cards, and now we can’t even use it to get packages at night due to security concerns. I’ve never seen the community at CCK get so bad within this recent move in. People are disrespectful and do not clean after pets or their trash. I do not recommend people living here
