I don’t have much of a history with living in apartments, so I don’t really have much to compare with. but overall my experience with Stadium View has been great, everything has been going smoothly so far, my only real complaint is with the long wait times with maintenance, first time was when my fridge wasn’t working anymore, it took nearly a month for them to get a new one. Granted, it was during the winter, so this is only a nitpick and nothing too bad. What I’m kinda annoyed at is how long it took for them to unclog my shower and sink drain, and the sink wasn’t even unclogged after they got here. Overall though, it’s been great for me, but not without its flaws.

Stadium View has been an awful experience from start to finish. It took over a month for the management to take our leaking fridge seriously—meanwhile, it was ruining food and creating puddles on the floor. (I have picture proof) We put in multiple requests, and nothing was done until we kept pushing. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. There was also a crack in our wall, and instead of actually fixing it, they just sent someone to paint over it. That’s their idea of maintenance—covering problems with a coat of paint. The air vents were disgusting—covered in dust and grime. I spent an entire day scrubbing ours by hand just to be able to breathe clean air. Clearly, basic cleanliness isn’t a priority here. Trash is another huge issue. The entire apartment complex has ONE dumpster, which is always overflowing. They send out passive-aggressive emails complaining about trash piling up, but offer no real solution. We followed the rules and didn’t leave bags at the dumpster—we left a bag outside our apartment door temporarily, and they charged us for it. They’re super quick to charge you random fees, but won’t do anything about serious maintenance problems. And just wait until move-out. They’ll hit you with tons of fees, but it’s honestly unclear where that money even goes. It’s definitely not going back into the apartments, because nothing ever gets cleaned, updated, or maintained properly. Their priorities are completely backwards. If you’re thinking about moving in—don’t. Stadium View is poorly managed, unresponsive, and money-hungry. You’ll regret living here just like we do. Let me be clear: this is not directed at the everyday office staff. Most of them are very kind and understanding of residents’ frustrations. Unfortunately, I don’t think they have much say in how things are handled and are forced to bear the burden of lazy ownership and higher-ups who clearly don’t care about maintaining a decent living environment or investing in the property.

My overall experience here has been decent. The manager did not seem very friendly when dealing with things before moving in but i kind of just brushed it off. However, it seems like we pay for a lot of unnecessary things. The pool is barley open while school is in session and even when the spring days come back around we are not allowed to even sit by the pool due to "liability" issues. Many apartments handle this well but not SV. In addition, if you like to grill at all, don't live here. Not only can you not have a grill on your balcony, you cant use the grills that they have for most of the year because they are in the pool area (which is closed 90% of the school year). Ive heard from many people who would like to just sit by the pool but are told to leave because of "liabilities". They treat you like you are children here. Very sad considering the apartments themselves are not bad at all.

The apartments are well-maintained, and the community is great. One of my favorite things is the clubhouse, especially during the colder months. I love hanging out by the coffee service as it's such a cozy spot to relax and hangout. Met many people through being here

I would not recommend Stadium View Apartments based on what my friend Lametria experienced while living there. She repeatedly had concerns that were not addressed, and when she wanted to move out and find someone to take over her lease because she no longer felt comfortable or safe living there, the process became extremely difficult and stressful. Communication from management was often unprofessional, and instead of feeling supported, she felt intimidated and discouraged from resolving the situation. As someone who was also pregnant at the time, the lack of compassion and understanding made an already stressful situation even harder. Renters deserve responsive management, professionalism, and respect when concerns are raised. Based on what I witnessed throughout her experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to thoroughly research their options before signing a lease.
