I have been living in this apartment complex for the past four years, and my experience has been excellent. One of the things I appreciate most is the maintenance staff. The person who helps with repairs and maintenance is always friendly, responsive, and professional. Any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. The location is another major advantage. It is very close to the pharmacy school and the hospital, which makes daily commuting convenient. The complex is also in a safe neighborhood, giving residents peace of mind. The facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall quality of living. In addition, the community is welcoming, and over the years I have made some great friends here, which has made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this apartment complex offers a great combination of convenience, safety, good amenities, and a friendly community. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Lived here for a few semesters, probably the cheapest place you can find which has decent living space. Not far at all from Binghamton campus. Only gas and electricity are not included in rent and can range from $20-100.

It was truly an amazing experience. For me, the campus square is the best apartment one can think of. Fully furnished and extremely convenient in terms of laundry, trash disposal etc. Scott is excellent as the manager. Very humble, polite and helpful. The other management members are also very smart and hardworking. Wishing the management team all the very best.

It's a nice place and has many facilities like free printing, gym and a shuttle service to the campus. Rich, the maintenance guy is very helpful and and keeps the place running. The utility fees are high compared to other places. I also wanted to move out early from a room of a two bedroom apartment, but the manager Scott didn't agree. It was fine because I had signed a lease. But as soon as I went abroad Scott has thrown my things and started renovating. I had promised those things for a friend, and I was still paying for the apartment! I saw an earlier review about this issue and this is a separate case. I had rated this with 4 stars but I changed it. Two stars because of other things the apartment offers and because of Rich.

Seriously terrible place. The apartments are obviously nice. But the management is just absolute scum. Scott the manager knew my roommate and I were moving out 2 months early as we asked him to let us out of our lease early. He didn't agree which was fine as we were still in our 12 month lease, but then Scott tried to renovate and lease the apartment we were STILL PAYING FOR. He broke our contract and kicked us out of our own apartment on top of throwing away a bunch of the stuff we still had in the apartment. Then he had the balls to still expect us to pay our last months rent after he kicked us out. Don't trust these scumbags. I have heard other stories about just how bad they truly treat their tenants. Including leasing a person's apartment for a few months while they were overseas even though the true owner of the apartment was still paying their rent. The management moved all of his stuff to storage while he was gone and moved it back before he returned. Absolute scum that only care about money.
