I would not recommend this apartment community. In my experience, the building is marketed as a “luxury” apartment, but the actual quality does not match that image. Many of the materials and finishes feel cheap, and the overall management experience has been disappointing. When issues came up, the maintenance team was not helpful or cooperative, and the leasing office did not make the process any easier. Instead of trying to resolve tenant concerns professionally, management often responded defensively and seemed more focused on pushing back than actually helping. For the price they charge, I expected better communication, better service, and a higher standard of quality. Unfortunately, my experience was that the luxury branding is mostly marketing, while the materials, maintenance, and management fall far below what tenants should reasonably expect. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and being very cautious before signing a lease here.

It's a fine building and 90% of it is great. During the winters however, they shut off the AC. Because the windows crack only a few inches, it is very hard to cool down an upstairs loft and there is nothing either you or management can do. If you have a top floor loft with no balcony - beware. My loft reached 75-77 Fahrenheit during some nights in the winter (from central heat and other's personal heating seeping in) and numerous exchanges with staff and maintenance came with no solution besides buying another fan. For such an expensive place, that seems unreasonable to me, but you must make your own decision.

I really love lofts! It’s a great building to live in. There’s the gym downstairs which is awesome and I really love my apartment. I think it’s so cool to have 2 stories in one apartment and there’s plenty of space. The appliances and furniture that Lux and Lofts provide is also awesome.

Abby was absolutely fabulous in helping us secure an apartment! She is professional, extremely helpful and amazing to work with! Fantastic first experience working with The Lofts team! Thank you Abby!

I have had the best experience with the staff! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance team lead, Skyler! He really seems to care a lot about the residents, responds to work orders quickly, and is so patient when he is explaining things. He is definitely the best maintenance person I’ve ever had!
