Moving to Ithaca from California has been a whirlwind and finding housing in a collegetown in the middle of the second semester is incredibly difficult. Luckily, PPM Homes had a huge and cheap apartment that I was able to get in less than 2 weeks from finding the listing to signing the lease. Rob has been a great communicator and incredibly attentive! Their app is very convenient to process any maintenance requests and card payments.

I had a wonderful experience renting from PPM homes. Rob Armstrong was professional and responsive throughout the entire duration of my lease; he was flexible and gracious when I needed to sublet; and he found someone to take over my lease when I needed to leave for a job in a different city. The apartment was clean when I arrived. They also redid the kitchen right before I moved in and it was lovely. The maintenance team was there within the day if I needed anything, and within the hour if I had an emergency. I am very happy with my experience and would rent from them again.

We had a great experience renting with PPM. The apartment itself was really nice and in a great location. When needed, maintenance was timely, effective, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They cleaned the sidewalks of snow, ice, leaves, and debris and plowed the parking lot as needed throughout the winter. They were also responsive—if we had an issue with ice or snow we could get in touch and they would send someone quickly, without ever making us feel uncomfortable or burdensome for putting in a request. Staff at the leasing office were friendly and helpful whenever we needed to stop by with a question. Thanks!
