The house we are living in ran out of hot water so I contacted the office via email and they were super quick, responsive, and helpful. Sent by a plumber the very next day, installed new water heaters, and cleared all the drain pipes. Would highly recommend them for their excellent service and care towards the tenants!!!

These apartments exceeded my expectations, from the furnished bedrooms, to the common spaces, I immediately knew I had to sign a lease for one! Just moved into our six-bedroom unit at 200 Highland Ave and we are so pleased with the quality of the renovation and attention to detail. Of particular note was the incredibly warm reception by Steve and his staff. Steve made sure that all of our knees were tended to and even helped shuttle some of my belongings from the vehicle to the home - What a guy!
