Maplewood, ithaca-ny

They said they will resubmit the deposit application in early July, but I am certain that I have not received any emails regarding credit card payments. I am certain that this email is specifically used for renting. I have dealt with this issue before, and I hope Mapplewood will not default on the deposit due to Greystar. If I do not receive it by August, I will have to repeat my previous small court approach to protect my rights

I've lived at Maplewood for three of my six years in Ithaca. This is a superb place to live as a graduate student. The rent is at least $1000 less than comparable units in Collegetown, the leasing office is very responsive (thanks Taylor and Joey!), and the construction is very new. Maintenance problems are rare, but when they arise I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a day for service. Pro Tip: if you put in a maintenance request, ask for Jim. He’s great at fixing things and is nice enough to explain to what went wrong so you can avoid additional appliance problems in the future.

Comfy and modern apartment, nice place to live. Very helpful staff who are on the premises most of the time and always ready to help residents with questions and maintenance issues. Bisoye helped me the other day - she was super friendly and helpful.

Bisoye was great! She answered all of our questions and then some. The units were really nice as well, can’t wait to move in!

This is Rose! I am a new resident of maplewood and I have a lot packages from mailing room. They really kind and helpful to help me carry these huge packages to my house ! I will say they are the best and I highly recommend this amazing apartment!
