Maplewood, ithaca-ny

I've lived at Maplewood for three of my six years in Ithaca. This is a superb place to live as a graduate student. The rent is at least $1000 less than comparable units in Collegetown, the leasing office is very responsive (thanks Taylor and Joey!), and the construction is very new. Maintenance problems are rare, but when they arise I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a day for service. Pro Tip: if you put in a maintenance request, ask for Jim. He’s great at fixing things and is nice enough to explain to what went wrong so you can avoid additional appliance problems in the future.

Our front door access system has been broken for over a week. I’ve already reported it and requested repairs three times, but it still hasn’t been fixed. As a result, me and my roommates had to enter through the back door every day, which has been very inconvenient. I hope someone sees this review and addresses the issue promptly. Please fix the front door as soon as possible.

This is Rose! I am a new resident of maplewood and I have a lot packages from mailing room. They really kind and helpful to help me carry these huge packages to my house ! I will say they are the best and I highly recommend this amazing apartment!

leaking unit window….. Still struggling for three months not been fixed. Terrible maintenance.

Comfy and modern apartment, nice place to live. Very helpful staff who are on the premises most of the time and always ready to help residents with questions and maintenance issues. Bisoye helped me the other day - she was super friendly and helpful.
