Lambrou Real Estate, ithaca-ny

These guys took over my apartment from Nest (which was a nightmare) and quite literally within a week, fixed everything that had taken months to be addressed. I honestly don't think I have anything bad to say about Lambrou. They've been professional, effective, and very fast to respond to any questions or problems that have arisen through the transition.

I rented from Lambrou for two years and had an outstanding experience. Costa, Debbie, Nick, and the rest of the staff were always very friendly and responsive. The apartment itself (4 bedroom on Eddy) was in good condition and had an incredible view of Cayuga Lake off the back patio. Requesting maintenance was easy and was dealt with promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to any Cornell student looking for off-campus housing.

I rented an apartment from Lambrou Real Estate for two years and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Nick, Costa, and the rest of the staff were always kind, reliable, and very responsive. The common areas of the building I lived in (320 Dryden) were well kept and the maintenance crew was quick to fix any issues that arose in my apartment. I would highly recommend Lambrou to anyone looking to rent property in Collegetown – they are great people and will do all they can to make sure their tenants are satisfied.

Rented @ 309 Eddy St during my last Cornell academic year. Lambrou was super nice and always reachable at the office or via email. They are always quick to solve anything maintenance-related too! Lambrou is the best landlord for students in collegetown and totally understands the students well. I'd like to thank them for being great to me during my year.

Their apartment buildings are a very good option for college students living off campus. A bit expensive compared to renting a whole house with friends but there are a lot of positives: safer, the building is pretty modern and clean, maintenance requests were always handled day of (!), and the location is good. 5/5!
